Can't remember her name but she was the hairdresser in the 2nd chair. She was very bossy told me to go sit in the chair before she even swept away the hair of the last person she cut because she said that's the way we do it here. Her attention was everywhere else . She didn't razor the sides of my hair because she was to busy looking around at everything else going on. I should of said something but I'm not a confrontational person. I won't have her cut my hair again. She's a women with dark hair and probably in her late 50s or early 60s. Very disappointed

My husband requested a 1 on the sides and back and 2 on the top and his bangs 1 inch longer... what he got was a buzz cut all the way around. He will never be back. He has the simplest of haircuts and some how she ruined it.

I went here to get a haircut and it was the best haircut I have ever experienced I would recommend and it was a really clean place and the staff were really friendly and I also love this place for a haircut

We got in quick. The lady was so warm and patient with my son for his first cut. She did an amazing job. My mom recommended this place to me and she loves it as well.

Awesome service. Helpful hints on products to buy for chlorine hair and make curly wavy hair even more curly.
Got a shampoo and cut because I like to be pampered. Good feel shampoo and conditioner and massage on scalp and eyebrows and temples. Best shampoo ever.

I went there for a haircut yesterday. I was so fed up with my hair. I told her just to shave most of it just leave a ponytail on top. She talked me into a better solution. ☺️? Due to all the stress I've been under and lack of sleep lately, I forgot my phone there on the counter, they put it in a drawer when it rang when I called. Had my husband call to find it. At this point I think it's in the house, they answered, thankfully they took care of it for me till I got there to retrieve it. Thank you so much! Great clips team!!!!☺️?

The employee evonna does not listen to what the customer says and then looks them up and down thinking she is going to get a tip for not doing what the customer requests I have been hear before and they have done a great job

Clearly explained how I wanted my hair trimmed. The same trim I’ve received at this Great Clips location for the last 15 years (it takes 10 minutes max). Demonstrated multiple times what I wanted. Long story short, she cut a bald patch in my hair, down to the scalp and then blamed me for not explaining it well enough. I tried to demonstrate again what I wanted and she proceeded to tell me how she was trained. In the most condescending tone, she said I could go to another stylist to have it fixed. There was no fixing it. I should have requested a different stylist because she came through the door with an attitude and it translated into poor service. Her attitude alone is reason enough to be fired.

Got my hubby and our roommate in right away but they were advertising sales on Facebook for haircuts to be 12 and they each paid 20 bucks. Maybe if you're gonna advertise, you should have all ataffs honor it
