Asked an employee, who turned out to be the manager, if he knew where a specific product was, he said “is that a general question? No I don’t” and didn’t even bother looking up.

I just love this store! They have weekly sales! I get all my scrapbooking stuff there! Good selection of fabric. My kids want to buy everything. The staff are always pleasant.🙂

There's always a wide variety of options available and the prices are better than their competitors. The only drawback is the floor reset they did recently. Now I'm not sure where everything is.

The slowest service. Returns take 20 minutes minimum and they NEVER have enough staff ringing people out. It unreal that this exists on the 21st century.

The general policies of this company conform to Christian Nationalist beliefs, which include a refusal to carry any Jewish holiday items. This is an anti-Semetic act, and I would NEVER purchase anything from Hobby Lobby.

I get friendly welcomes, can always find/see someone I can ask where something is and they even take u to where the item is very nice employees love the store
