Matt proved to be an invaluable resource throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home! Not only was Matt able to secure us the best deal on our mortgage, but he was also highly responsive, knowledgable, and patient in answering our numerous questions in detail. It was evident that Matt was looking out for our best interests and to secure the optimal financing for us. He went above and beyond to ensure seamless coordination among all others involved (insurance, lender, realtor, closing attorney, etc.) and provide us with timely communication of their status and what tasks we had to complete on our end. Matt made our experience infinitely less stressful and guaranteed a successful and on-time closing, allowing us to enjoy the process and feel excited about purchasing our first home!

“Great Loan Officer!I had the great pleasure of working with John (Loan Officer) on a recent home purchase. He was wonderful to work with! John is a true professional—knowledgeable of the mortgage business, committed to finding you the best rate, outstanding in communications. I was kept informed throughout the process. He was proactive when he needed to be and when I queried him for information, his response back to me was always quick. John also went above and beyond in terms of service and commitment. We experienced multiple delays in the closing of our loan because the seller’s title company dragged their feet in clearing multiple liens on the house that we were purchasing. John jumped through hoops to support the speeding up of this process, putting in extra time and coordinating with his team to meet the earliest possible closing date. This was a Godsend to us given the factors that we were dealing with. I highly recommend John to anyone looking for the best the mortgage world has to offer.

Matt is incredible at helping people through the mortgage application and selection process. He is very caring and quick to respond to questions, and provides information in very easy-to-understand formats. I'm so thankful that I found him and will recommend him to anyone hoping to buy a house. As a mortgage broker, he's able to get better deals than the bankers because he can shop around and he has flexibility that they don't have which benefits the client. Plus, he sends out newsletters and helps prior clients stay in the know, so that we can stay informed and ready to refinance if and when rates go down. He's a gem and I highly recommend his excellent services.

We were connected to John through our Realtor, and couldn't have been happier with the referral. John was always available to help us submit an offer regardless of the day or time. Whenever we had a question, he was always quick to respond. For each offer, John provided us with estimates for different price ranges that included a monthly estimate, and cash due at closing. When our offer was finally accepted, the estimates were right on target so there were no surprises at closing. Our first home purchase couldn't have been any easier and we're so glad to have had John's help and expertise!
