My review is solely about the jewelry department. I received a ring as a gift however it was not my size so I needed to resize the ring. When I went in to resize there was a lady who was very nice but wasn't experienced with the paperwork process for resizing and another staff member was rude to her about it in front of me. The whole process took 45 minutes due to inexperience and the other staff member not truly helping her just rudely telling her, "you should know how to do this". I get a call that the ring was back about 3 weeks later. Try it on, still too big. Put ring on sizer and it was not sized to what the request stated. That staff member (she was very nice) offered to send it back however due to my first experience and having it still be the wrong size I just didn't want to deal with this department anymore. I have no problem with inexperience, but the rudeness of the other staff member and the time was off putting.

Can't help it, and not ashamed of it. I love St. John's Bay clothing. Every winter, it's time to find comfy, professional looking clothes, and JCPenny never disappoints.

I had not been to this store in a very long time. I had heard that it became pretty run down, but you can't always believe what you hear...but in this case it was true.
The store was a complete mess, and I didn't stay very long. I definitely will not be back again.
It's too bad. I remember this place being pretty nice back in the day.

I went to check out at the lower level entrance. Jcpenny associate, Jaenelle was helping me check out while on her personal phone. She was not paying attention to anything I asked and was too busy on her phone call with her friends. The other check out associate was also on her phone while helping customers. This happened more than once before when I check out on the lower level.

I am so happy with my stylist Amina! I had an appointment for tomorrow but could not make it, so she got me in today. She always makes me look great. She is a wonderful person so friendly I am always enjoy having conversations with her.

Plenty of departments plenty of departments in it yet difficult to find things where they supposed to be. You won't be surprised when you find fashion Wear scattered all around Minnesota somehow it seems to be done intentionally
