I find the store messy and over crowded. The women's clothing leaves a lot to be desired. They used to have a good assortment of levi jeans, now the choice of jeans is small. It looks like a discount store.

Maplewood Kohl's is what I would call a standard Kohl's. It's always clean, generally neat and tidy racks and shelves, and a nice selection of everything you'd expect from a department store. However, like all Kohl's stores, they aren't quite the same as they used to be. The once amazing deals have gone away.

I came here to buy a gift card for Christmas. The store was clean and well staffed. Service was good and timely given the time of year.

I had a problem with a gift card that was purchased by a family member for my daughter. Somehow the card number and pin were stolen and used for an online purchase before my daughter received and attempted to use the card. I spoke to Judy at the Maplewood Kohls store where the card was purchased. She listened to my story, contacted her store manager, followed up with me the next day and stated that she would be able to provide a gift card for my daughter of equal value if we were to come in to the store. She gave me her hours over the next three days and said I could come in any time. I live a 30 min drive from this store and I am not sure that I will come in and get the card. Judy provided me with top notch customer service in helping me to resolve this issue and making my little teen daughter whole. Thank you Judy for taking the time to help us with our $25 gift card fraud weird thing that happened. She's exceptional. It is good service.

This store was the least pleasant I have had at a Kohls
The selection was poor. Trying to check out. No body there
We had to ask, a little loudly at customer service where to check out. She responded I can help. After we had been standing for a few minutes. Unfriendly to say the least

I was there at ten o'clock in the morning and the floor was filthy in the dressing room, I didn't even want to take my shoes off to try on clothes. No excuse for the filth. I had birthday cash and wasn't allowed to use my 30% off with it. So I had to do 2 different transactions and not use my discount.In order to get the Kohls on an order. I hate to say Maplewood location is really going downhill.And the clothing selection isn't the best anymore.
