Went into Macy looking for a dress shirt and pant. Barbara went above and beyond in assisting me finding the right color and style. Thank you for your advice and excellent customer service pointing me in the right direction in selecting my clothes. I really appreciate your time and effort in helping a customer like me.

My husband and I were at this Maplewood Mall's Macy's today and needed help getting his new watch re-sized, Jacob (11402382) came over right away to assist us and was very nice and helpful. Said it needed a link on each end removed and he could help with that. He did, it fits great and also took the time to get the correct time to show on the watch as well as show us how to do it. We had a very great experience and look forward to returning soon.

Macys does not return anything if it was purchased more than 30 days ago. I bought an extremely expensive dress for a toddler and didn’t find out it was too big until it was too late. Now she will not be able to wear it because the season is changing. Don’t buy anything here!
I had the unfortunate experience of returning to Macys to return an item and now they have blaring music coming out of the overhead speaker. Who is the Einstein that thought this is an enjoyable experience. The cashiers said they have to listen to it all day!!!

A little high priced for the same items in competitive stores. Unless you have a gift card or you need an item that you can't find in other businesses I wouldn't shop here
