It's terrible customer services of manager Eric, store in charge Tyler and door guy John with out name tag during businesses hours.It's DISCRIMINATION.I came at 8:15 been told waiting for mobile services. Ask them couple time till 9:00 John said "we could not activate mobile service on the last hour since we close at 10. They don't want any business here any more.0 stars.I'd NOT RECOMMEND this business!

The help is less than desired. When checking out nothing but attitude. I was glad I left it was the best part of my trip. The staff that I did see were from what it appears they are being forced labor at gun point. Or they are just assholes who should not work in customer service.....................I would not spend a penny on their penny candies incase it would make them profit. I had planned on dropping some money on my payday but you can kiss that money goodbye and sales repairs and anything else that would help this store. To bad it used to be a decent store what a shame.

I was racially profiled and discriminated at the Maplewood, MN store on 5/12/23. The store also will mark your account in a way that lets them track you.I went to purchase a Microsoft Surface laptop/tablet at my local BestBuy (BB) in Maplewood, MN. I believe they racially profieid and discriminated me based on my looks and clothing. I also believe that BB store and BB have a way to track or hide personal info to "track" people without their consent. Here is a list of events:- I went to the laptop section of the store and looked around- A tall man (BB1) approached me and answered a few questions. - I found the item I was looking for based on the digital sales tag listed next to the item- I was told that the item I was looking for wasn't present on display. - I was showed me a newer model, more expensive on the other side/end of the display stating that the table is more comparable to a different model. - I do not recall the person wearing the same blue shirt as the rest of the BB staff as he may of been wearing a sweater over it.-I walked towards the Meta VR setup and a different BB employee (BB2) apporached me. After some small talk we headed towards the cash register at the PC section to pay for the item.- BB2 asked for my ID because "it'll be easier". BB2 kept entering the wrong "city" name because it "auto fills as Saint Paul". My Driver's License states I live in Maplewood.- BB2 entered the wrong email address. The email address he assigned was "middlename****@gmail.com". My middle name is ****but I never mentioned the name or said it out loud- I requested a bag and BB2 took 2 seconds to look for one. He didn't find one and told me to go to the register for one- I walked to the register and there were only people at the customer service desk for online pickups- A third BB employee (BB3) gave me a bag, but i asked if BB had digital receipts on my account. He said yes, I said to double check, and then BB3 checked.- BB3 said there's something not right with my account and "fixed" it. I then got a copy of my receipt through my email address I provided.- My paper receipt shows a purchase timestamp of 05/12/23 at 19:40. The email itself was sent at 7:43PM, moments after BB3 "fixed" my account.

My mother is 82. She made 8 round trips to this store. Over a hour each way. All over problems between BB her BB credit card and synchrony bank. The final took ownership and issued her a $300 gift card. Problem is its no good...she has the receipt for the gift card but misplaced it (I don't think the store ever gave her one) ..the store refuses to honor it and said she would have to take it up with customer retention...what a f...ing joke...store manage was a jerk. Way to take advantage of the elderly!!!!

I went in yesterday to buy a network switch and a few other computer related things- a gentleman named Stacey helped. So polite, answered all my questions, and was very personable. The entry staff was also helpful and tried to point me in the right direction to find what I wanted. The store seemed clean and organized- not sure why all the bad reviews but I definitely felt good going into this store and left with a smile on my face.

I can never get ahold of ANY department, by phone and this includes asking for management. This time I wanted to check their stock before making the trip in. I called yesterday and today, morning and afternoon. NOTHING! GOING TO CHECK ANOTHER COMPANY.

I took my laptop in for servicing. During the visit, I bought a hard drive to back up my information. They were supposed to back up my information and ship it to the "servicing center". I received my laptop back but the hard drive was missing, this is a $100 hard drive! tried to contact someone online, I was transferred 5 times and finally I asked for a supervisor. Even then the supervisor couldn't help. I called the store and was on hold for 20 minutes before ANYONE even came on the line. Then I was transferred again, and when someone came on the line, they verified my info and placed me on hold for 45 minutes. But get this, you can hear the rep come back every so often. Then all of a sudden a automatic voice comes on again and hangs up on me! I don't see why it's my responsibility to go to the store to get my hard drive if they failed to send it! I'm still on hold for 20 minutes now trying to get through to the store! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I have a disability preventing me from wearing a mask. They wouldn't let me enter without one and laughed at me as I walked out. I instead spent my $350 at GameStop who was very helpful and polite.

I am willing to give up $ 1073.74 but I am very disappointed with your service with the reason that I have returned the item to you but I do not get my money back you lost a customer and I will tell my friends and the people around me never to buy bestbuy again because you won't get any money when you return the item you don't like.

After rescheduling my delivery appointment, 9 minutes into my scheduled 12 to 6 delivery window, someone called to say that they were too busy to deliver my appliances. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We're currently on hold to speak to a customer service representative on two phones. One to discuss this and one to cancel our month old order.

Usually when I see as many bad reviews as I see for this store, I just don't bother posting one because I figure "why bother, all these people must've got their voices heard by now". Apparently not, however. This store continues to be every bit as bad and worse as everyone on this forum says it is. Rather than just describe the experiences I've had at this store and repeating what has been said on so many of these other bad reviews, suffice it to say that whichever one of these bad reviews you read, its either also happened to me or it doesn't surprise me in the least!
