This place and the New Richmond Auto Mall are a joke! Had to put over $3000 into my motor bc so many things were wrong with it. They took all the codes off the dash. Within a month of buying my jeep it was already being taken to the shop. 8 months later the motor is abt to BLOW so I take it to dodge and the amount of things that were wrong under the hood. I’m surprised they even sold a car like that

pcv hose, vacumn line to intake, intake manifold bracket studs & nuts, some are zipped tied up, some are glued and some r missing

The salesman and all other staff were fantastic to work with. My engine light came on two hours after I left the dealership, so I called the dealership immediately. And was told that the car would be fixed no problem, and my warranty would definitely cover it. What they did not tell me was the aftermarket warranty only covered aftermarket parts. So my choice was to pay another twelve hundred dollars after paying three thousand for the aftermarket warranty to get an O.E.M part or put in the aftermarket and it would be covered. I felt that it should have been replaced with an O.E.M part as that was what was in the vehicle when I purchased it. Had I not been guaranteed that it would be covered? I would have returned the vehicle Immediately and they would have been responsible to repair it, which would have been over four thousand dollars. I asked them to cover the twelve hundred dollars and I was told no, they could not do that. But they could take care of it for me, if I brought it in by putting in an aftermarket part. I found this to be a little disturbing. As I had only owned the vehicle 2 hours when the engine light came on. Yes, I took it for a test drive.And yes, I believe I tested it very well. The engine light problem was my turbo booster went out.So I believe there was no way for them to know prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I do feel they should have been responsible for the repair by putting in the exact item that I had purchased. So, needless to say, I was very disappointed. If I would have not bought the warranty
And put in an aftermarket part, it would have cost me $700.. But I bought the warranty to guarantee that everything would be covered as it was a little bit older vehicle. So I am very happy with my vehicle. Very disappointed with the way things played out.

Wide variety of cars at reasonable prices however after reading some reviews I will not be buying here!
