These people are thieves, they broke my window on my vehicle and stole my music.... Do not take your vehicle there they say they are not responsible for your vehicle even tho it's inside on their property grounds... I'm suing them THEY SAID PEOPLE CARS GET BROKEN INTO DAILY

Extremely slow customer service at the parts department. Seems they should hire another employee so the one that's on the phone for 15 minutes while I stand there waiting could assist and make the wait time shorter. Just a thought.

I set up an appointment for an EV recall several weeks in advance. Told I could have any time! After arriving at Merit for my 10am appointment, I was told they only have (2) EV technicians and they would not be able to start my car until approximately 12 noon and the work was expected to last about 1.5 hours. I had intended to wait for my car. They provided me with a ride home. At approximately 3:30pm I received a text my car was done and ready for pick-up. I had to call and remind them they needed to pick me up as they brought me home. I was told a new part (for recall) had been installed, only to read the paperwork that no new parts were used. The paperwork also indicated they had tried to perform a software update, but that was unsuccessful. In looking up the process for software updating online, it indicated that the dealership could contact GM for assistance in downloading software updates, but this appears not to have been done. I was told by the service rep this was no big deal and they can try it again on my next service visit! I finally arrived home with my car about 4:30pm with some of the work not accomplished! Based on a previous service visit, I believe Merit struggles with adequate staff and program abilities to adequately service EV's. They have my vehicle, which I purchased from them, listed as a 2024 Equinox EV. It is a 2024 Blazer EV (there were no Equinox EV's on their lot when I bought my car). This is not the professional service I was promised when I purchased the vehicle!!

Purchased an Impala here, buying experience was decent like any other dealership trying to sell you something. I paid off my car early so I was due a gap refund, getting it has been the worst experience! I guess if you’re not buying something you don’t even get acknowledged. Called several times no luck then decided to just stop by, DAYNA WILSON the lady in charge of issuing the gap refund made me wait in the lobby with my 8month old and 2 other kids while she took a lunch break and then she left for the day, her receptionist was no help either and super unprofessional.

I have been coming to Merit for 25 years, the staff, how they treat me, and the quality of the work on my vehicle is nothing short of fantastic. In fact I am a current GMC owner, but bring my Yukon XL Denali to Merit rather than a GMC dealer due to how much I trust Merit.

Purchased a vehicle from Merit Chevrolet and had a really great experience working with Rob and Scott. All of the staff including the owner were super friendly and accommodating. We had traveled from 6 hours away and we were able to close on a deal and drive the vehicle home that same day. We are very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to shop here again!

Been a customer for close to 4 years and I have never walked away feeling overcharged or treated differently because I am a woman. I can't say enough up the service department/cashier crew! They are amazing and through the stress of repairs/service they make sure you are up to speed on repairs. I also know that all the repairs have always been 100% the first time around and 100% when fixing another shops disasters. Looking forward to leasing my 4th truck!!
