This store needs help. The wait at checkout is too long, they call for backup, nobody came, had to call again. I was emailed a coupon to use and when I came to store, as it is every single time, I'm logged out on the app and don't have password. The email you have is never right for me even though I have updated it. I checked profile on the website. You are using an old phone # which too has been updated. I had a coupon code and she entered it and it said invalid. How, I haven't used it. Funny, went home, placed an order for your location and it worked fine. Part corporate problem, part store problem.

I watched an employee start racially profiling a man for walking into the store today. He had been in the store for less than 30 seconds and the cashier immediately started reporting him as a suspicious person into her headset. He was an average black man dressed in casual clothes. Turns out he has called the store earlier for the item he needed and was just looking around for an employee to help him. She didn't even wait to see if he did anything before making him a target. It makes me wonder if similar things are said over the headsets when I walk in the store.

Pickup/online orders were 30% off all regular priced items today. I was at checkout with the three items I wanted and asked if they could honor it in store. They cannot honor it and said I could put in a pickup order and come back in 2 hours to get the items.
I literally gave the employee pulling the orders my items as I left. Waiting for my order to now “get pulled” and have to wait the 2 hours turn around time. Help me understand this customer service??

The product was easy enough to find. The staff seemed irritated when I asked for someone to ring me up. I don't want to do self check out.

CAMERON WAS THE BEST PERSON IVE EVER WORKED WITH AT THE MAPLEWOOD MICHAELS. THE WHOLE CREW AT THIS LOCATION DESERVES A PIZZA PARTY.

Didn't have a ups label printer for return packages. Had to go elsewhere where with large package in foot. Very inconvenient
