The staff is super nice and great. But the wait time isn't fun. Can wait 15-20 minutes after your scheduled time if there people ahead of you which there usually always is.If you have more than one concern or issue you need to make another appointment. Which is understandable so they don't get behind time but it is a little annoying they don't space out their visits better to leave enough time for each patient without running into another scheduled time.Otherwise they are convenient for birth control and a quick check up if you dont want to wait for your primary care to be available and normally can schedule same day or next day appointments.

Very unprofessional. Waited over an hour from my appointment time to get a TB test done. They had only one provider onsite. I would strongly recommend avoiding this clinic and see if other clinics performs like this clinic in Maplewood.

NP is awful and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time. Can’t even show up 1 minute late or they won’t see you regardless of how desperate your issue is.

If there is a way to give zero Stars I would on my visit in May of 2022 I was seen and not seen by Danielle. Danielle refused service and referred me to go to the emergency room for my treatment so therefore I did not receive any service from her but minute clinic is aggressively charging me $150 for nothing I've disputed I've disputed and still I get a bill now it's in collections now I must pay it talk about a scam don't go here and don't see Danielle especially

Nicole their minute clinic nurse who was taking covid tests was so rude and disrespectful. This was my first time taking a covid test at this location and I wasnt Sure how the process worked so I was politely asking questions and she stopped and just gave me a blank stare as if she didn't want to answer me. I was confused at her just giving me a blank stare and as if I'm suppose to know what to do and then she proceeded to say "You don't need to be disrespectful!" I was so taken back that I didnt Reply for a second and then I said "I wasnt Trying to be disrespectful, I just Really don't understand or know so I was Asking questions" and she then told me in the most disgusted tone "you can go wait in your car and I'll call you back when I take the others before you. And if you don't want to wait then you can go make another appointment for another time." I couldnt Believe the audacity of this nurse. Is this how nurses treat people now a days. I respectfully Told her "You're the one who doesn't need to be rude. I'm Asking questions and was only wondering how long it'll take because my baby is in the car." I'm so displeased with my experience here with Nurse Nicole and would like for minute clinic to better train their nurses.

I saw Melissa Baumgart for an infection in my finger and she got me an on an antibiotic right away. I thought she was great. I mentioned that I felt bad about not washing and bleeding out the infection right away to avoid a problem in the first place. What I appreciate most is that she explained to me why I did not have to feel bad about that, as the wound may have gotten infected no matter what I had done. She also explained what would have happened had I not come in. This is important because sometimes you wonder if maybe it was not necessary to go to the doctor. By that night I could see she was right, as the infection was fast moving. While I was there I took the opportunity to ask her about other questions I had and I found that she has a wealth of knowledge. I notice many of the negative comments here have to do with confusion about appointment hours. I would suggest making an appointment on-line a few hours in advance, as I did, to avoid scheduling problems.

I don’t know about the store of CVS as a whole, but the MinuteClinic was good. Right when I arrived for a walk-in. I was assisted right away! Quick and Easy

I am never coming here again. I have been dealing with feminine issues for over 3 weeks now and I've been so uncomfortable. Seen Ms Baumgart and she was really rough. She used a speculum that was way too big and used half a drop of lube and just jammed it. She stared into my eyes the entire time & didn't day anything and kept rubbing my legs and touching my arms and shoulders. I felt like she was too rough and made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't think she should be able to do female exams. That was not okay. Also she NEVER GAVE ME MEDICATION. She was supposed to order me medication for the issues and my pharmacy never got her order and I can't get ahold of them. Now I have to go get another exam after this girl hurt me!

Got a Covid antibody test there and all was very smooth. Received good texts prior to my appt. Was taken on time, everything was explained very well and NP was pleasant and room was very clean. Waiting room was clean, comfortable. Only wish the antibody test was covered by insurance, not CVS's fault though.

Went there because I was sure I had strep and wanted a strep test. The NP that saw me kept cutting me off and never seemed to listen to me, and at one point she told me the only way to get strep would be direct swapping of strep (she kept pushing that kissing was the most common way to catch it or possibly by sharing eating utensils), but like most people I've gotten strep many times in the past and I don't share food/drinks nor kiss anyone besides my husband. Anyways, the whole thing was awkward and rude and I ended up going to the urgent care anyways where I was finally able to get properly tested and get medicine and relief. AVOID THE MINUTE CLINIC. I know I will.

Very rude! I’m still very mad about how we were treating by the lady there. Would never go there again.
