When they opened prior at 8:00 am the likelihood of them being there before 8:15 was slim, for me. I’m not sure how a business that sells supplies to salons can operate from now 9-4pm. Such a shame and may need to order directly from my supplier for guaranteed product order.

I was told I could redeem my $25 punch card next time I was in because I had two. Today I went in and the manager said they can no longer redeem them. She said her manager wouldn't let them post a notice or give notice. I will now buy all my Moroccanoil at Salon Service Group since this is how they treat there customers.

Dirty store and dirty employees and they probably never been to school for nail art. Very poor service and crappy nail jobs. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND NAILS!

Suzanne has been my stylist for 25+ years. Absolutely every cut & color session is a great experience. I trust her to use her creativity and expertise to make changes to my style, knowing that she understands my preferences and limits (minimal work on my part, no Pretty Pony colors). Today was an extra special unexpected "spa day". To soothe my wretched cold symptoms, she added warm towels, dimmed lights, and soft music while the magic potions processed. The only thing vibrant about me today is my hair, but it sure was a treat to feel better than I have for a week!

I have given this place a handful of tries. Only time I was satisfied was when I got my pedicure. I wish I could remember her name. She only does pedicures and it was amazing. This last time I went in was painful and my nails are mostly different shapes. Made me bleed and left me full of nail polish and glue. I was trying to be patient because he was obviously new. I spoke with a gal there today and she was Super helpful. Over and beyond great customer service. I asked her if she was the manager, she replied yes, that she was the new manager. Her name is Brenda.

Should have opened at 8:00am and I got there after 8 and no one was there. I run her before the salon opens so if it's not open on time I'm screwed.
