Great prices on quality clothing! Lots of options and pretty well organized for the large amt of inventory available. Love saving money & the planet! Win-Win!

I’ve really enjoyed shopping here over the last few months! Great finds. Way better selection than the other one on the east side of the cities.

Amazing prices for good used children's clothes. I buy almost all my child's clothes here. The clothes are like new, since kids grow out of them so fast. Plus, reusing clothes is earth friendly.

I strongly urge customers to steer clear of this store! The owner is incredibly rude and downright threatening, not to mention the unbearable long waits at the customer service. This person clearly has no respect for others!

Today I went here with my children and my friend brought her daughter here. We were doing some back-to-school shopping. Prices were great and it was a good experience. We found plenty of brand-name clothes in nice condition.

It's chaos in here, there are so many things stuffed into each rack and bin. I'm happy they had options to choose from but the books and toys were hard to look through.

Not my first time selling to OAPAC as a whole but it was my first and last time in this location. Came in and dropped off 4 full boxes of clothes 2t and under, just to be told the wait would be 3 hours which is fine. But they seemed eager even with the shoes/jeans that still had tags on them along with still in the carters/oshgosh packages so like I said the time was not the issue. I came back after getting a text a hour past what they estimated (again not an issue at the time), just to show up and be told they are passing on everything as it’s got “wrinkles” or they are just overstocked for sizes under 1.
Why was this never said as I dropped off/checked in the clothes? Instead of WASTING the day making it impossible to just bring to a different location, The overstock could’ve been mentioned mainly as I mentioned most the clothes were under 2t. The staff were rude. Anytime I’ve dropped off clothes that have been used, they are fresh outta the washer dryer/and placed pretty flat (every time I’ve folded them I get them back in clumps/more messy then laying flat so no I’m not wasting my time if your not going to return favor when you pass on items which again is not a issue but don’t expect the same from your customers), or they just simply have never been worn/LEGIT IN PLASTIC. It felt like a waste of a day and they did not even go through the boxes or else they would’ve noticed the 50 dollar sets of clothes still with tags, compared to the stained sets they stock with.
Anyways long story short. 10/10 go to ANY OTHER LOCATION for selling and buying used kid clothes. Really hope they get new management/treat customers a bit nicer or start having an iron in the back if creases from things being folded in the packages is gonna be that big of an issue. wild waste of a day with this location.

Store is REALLY clean and organized which I appreciate because I feel like most other OUAC’s are pretty disorganized and hard to find good stuff. The clothes are all in great condition as well. 4 stars though only because they advertise that they “never close their buy counter” and buy clothes “all day, every day” but most of the time there is a note on the door stating they are no longer buying clothes for the day. It’s really hard to get them to buy clothes it feels like. If they are gonna close their buy counter so frequently they should post on their Facebook every time they’ve stopped accepting items for the day so that people don’t make the trip out there.

I have visited almost every Once Upon a Child stores in the metro area and this one is by far one of the best! It recently changed owners and since then, it's been very well stocked and organized. We have 3 kids and are constantly needing to invest in clothing and products, so we use their point system for discounts, which is great. You can also sell them kids stuff and they give you cash on the spot. They have tons of clothes, a good amount of strollers and lots of baby products. They also have a large kids toy area with scooters, doll houses, books, action figures, blocks, ect. Prices are usually fair-good and the employees are very kind and helpful.

I drove across the metro to shop there for my little one since they had some pretty good reviews. I couldn’t go until evening and when I got up there shortly after 7:00 the doors were locked. I called and they said they closed an hour early. There were no signs or anything to indicate they were closed, there were still lights on in the store, and flashing rope lights around the windows. Rather disappointing. I won’t make the effort to go back.

The current review score for this store is absolutely not matching what it is after the ownership turnover. It is clean and well-organized, the staff are always kind and supportive. Not to mention, I always stumble upon amazing deals on high-quality branded children clothes. The selling has been positive experience too. After driving halfway across town to other supposedly 'better' locations, I realized how fortunate I am to have such a gem in my community. Keep up the fantastic work!

Great locally-woman owned shop. New owners of about a year have cleaned, remodeled and organized for a fresh look and feel. Amply stocked, always. Toys and books are neatly displayed and arranged. Often, many unopened small toy hot buys near registers. Quality top brand shoes and baby "gadgets" are displayed behind/above registers, as well.Selling is quick and easy, via two kiosks and employees ready to assist. If you have sold already, you just set your items on the counter, slide ID onto kiosk and follow the prompts. You will select how many bags/boxes you've brought, then select if you will wait or would like to be texted when ready. Some items may not be accepted seasonally.
