This was my first time shopping in a long time, even longer since I had been to a Plato‘s closet so I felt pretty shy and awkward when I walked in. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Emmy was primarily helping me and she was so fun and sweet. I can’t remember the last time I was blown away by customer service like hers. 10/10 will be back to get more cute clothes at such great prices!

All of my clothes that I planned to give away came back home with me. Most of the clothes were never worn or only worn once. I don’t understand how they’re going to keep worn and messed up clothes and not the clothes I brought. I’m not trying to complain but I am. I’m pretty disappointed. I don’t recommend bringing your clothes here.

The girls here work so slow and with a lazy attitude. I understand they’e busy and have many buys to sort through. I came in and they told me it was a 2 hour wait, I was willing to wait and understood. I waited in the store for 3 hours and watched the girls go through buy after buy. They work so extremely slow, and at an inefficient pace. I am so disappointed. Go to the Woodbury location. The workers there actually work and efficiently move through buys. I watched the girls here moving at the pace of turtles. I could see they didn’t want to be there and were irritated with everyone who spoke to them. Please avoid coming here and save yourself the headache.

Nice and organized Plato’s. Workers were super nice and attentive, getting fitting rooms efficiently while also helping people check out.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE.
the ladies are super judgey and only like white girls. They do not accept any jeans that are straight or bootcut. They only accept young teenager clothing. She said they don’t sell adult clothing so that’s why they don’t take it.
They only accept name brand mall items and they HAVE to be on trend .
