I have a Sleep Number bed that has served me very well for many years. It's showing its age and I decided the Labor Day sale was a good opportunity to replace my beloved bed. I got held up after work and arrived at the store with only an hour to shop before the store closed. Dale was wonderfully patient, let me and a friend who accompanied me to try several options I was considering, and made suggestions without coming across as a hard sell. I decided on what I wanted to purchase, and my friend decided to buy a bed as well. There was some issue with the system that Dale had to work around since help was not available. Bless him, he ended up working well beyond closing time and he never once soundedf frustrated or annoyed, either with us or with the computer problem. He just found a way to do what he needed to do, and we went on our way. My new bed wil lbe delivered in a week, and I can't wait.

Dale was awesome. He was patient, thorough, very knowledgeable, was thorough as he explained and compared 3 different options that might work for me, was kind, helpful. He downloaded the ap on my phone and showed me how it worked. Thank you, Dale!

I really liked my first Sleep Number bed. It lasted over 20 years until now. I needed a new bed, so I thought I would get another Sleep Number bed. I was very disappointed to find out the only way to control my new bed is on an app. on a cell phone. Some people are addicted to their cell phone. I am not one of them. The only reason I bought one is for emergency use.

We got a heck of a deal during the Labor Day Sale. My husband was allowed to swan dive onto every mattress in the store, just to make sure he was satisfied! Thank you Jen for helping us with our new iLE bed purchase and humoring my husband! We can’t wait to get it delivered! 10/10 would recommend

The free 100 night trial is a lie! They delivered an inferior mattress that did not meet the specifications on their website. It uncomfortable and it didn't fit the frame. Then they wanted me to wait four weeks to exchange, that is just crazy. So I returned the mattress and they are expecting me to pay for both delivery and pickup of the inferior quality mattress. So the scam is they get money from you weather you like it or not. Don't buy anything from these thieves!

I wish I could have given all 5 stars! The customer service was GREAT! We worked with Dustin and he was awesome and knowledgeable! The bed just wasn't for us. One recommendation I'd have for someone else is if you have the means to do so, buy the more expensive ones. We couldn't afford that, settled for less and regretted it. Let me repeat the Customer Service was phenomenal! Just not the bed for us!

Our salesperson was Hayley, and she did a very good job explaining the features of the beds. We are upgrading our Sleep Number bed which is 18 years old.

I also tried to post a review on the sleep number website, but of course they don't want customers having an opinion. After trying this bed I still woke up with back pain/ hip pain and decided it wasn't the right choice. The customer service representative I got for returning the bed was exceptionally rude, manipulative and snide when I said I wanted to return the bed .I could not believe how I was treated over the phone. It took a month for me the bed to be delivered, after putting 2,000 down on

Hasief im sure I screwed up spelling of his name but he was newer to store front part of sleep number and he was absolutely amazing! He did his due diligence in helping me find the right pillows for my wife and I without being the "pushy salesman". The store manager Jay was also very nice with helping him navigate his way through sale on pos system. Buy in store instead of online! Store is very clean and no need to worry about covid as they are taking all precautions to ensure customer safety in store and when you buy online you hurt the store front employees who depend on certain amount of foot traffic. Buying online is not always the best thing for the essential employees who depend of us to spend our money in store. I could've very easily bought these two pillows online to be delivered to my house but I made sure that my money is going back into the economy through the employees who are trying to make ends meet rather than straight to corporate bottom line. Thank you gentlemen for your excellent service today and we we will be back to purchase our smart bed from you as well.

By the way, I tried to post this review on the sleep number website. But of, course, it was rejected by the moderator (even with rep names redacted). They pick and choose the reviews for their own website, so no surprise! We purchased a sleep number bed on 11/14/20. Said Jay W assured us that we could try the bed for 90 days & return, if not comfortable. Additionally, he stressed that "you can even extend to 100 days" and made the return process sound easy. After nearly an hour, we purchased the bed for $5600 ($2400 mattress, $3200 adjustable base). But when we tried to return the bed as it wasn't working out (center of mattress is higher and slopes to the edge) we were told that the $3200 base was non-returnable. Apparently, this disclaimer was buried in the receipt (meeting the requirement of bold-faced type, etc.) In the past, when purchasing a "no return" item, I have ALWAYS experienced the courtesy of a quick verbal mention, even with a $2 item. However, no such care was taken with this several thousand dollar purchase. No mention of this VERY COSTLY & IMPORTANT policy. Who would have believed that "you can return the bed" meant "you can only return the mattress, not really the whole bed & you will be stuck with the base!" I think a more accurate description would have been "you may exchange the mattress." Words have meaning! Bed does not equal mattress only. Obviously, this is a sales ploy to make sure you stick with a sleep number bed one way or the other. Who would take a $3200 loss and just return the mattress? After calling the Maplewood store manager Julio R & corporate Customer Service, we were simply admonished for not reading the receipt thoroughly. While the purchase may be a legal contract, it was not entered in good faith with all parties involved. I don't want to claim fraud, but at a minimum, we were misled. 1. Misled regarding the definition of a "bed." 2. Misled that the return process would be easy. Positive facets such as extension of return period highlighted but a policy that may potentially hurt the sale was NOT mentioned, & perhaps, veiled, as Jay quickly scrolled through the receipt on his iPad as he hurried us through the sale. This company utilizes deceptive and misleading sales tactics. Once you make the purchase, you are stuck with it! RESPONSE TO REPLY BELOW: Yes, I get the whole legal thing. But as you astutely pointed out, you "can't say for certain what may or may not have been stated at the time of the sale." And that, indeed, is the problem. Your sales staff need to better trained to be more consistent AND have the courtesy to point out important aspects of the return policy. You are welcome to have whatever return policy you want. Just be straightforward and clarify - not just have us click boxes or initial during a hurried sales process. (My experience at Macy's was quite different. The sales person made it absolutely clear, verbally, about the restocking fee with returns.) You said it yourself. If you can't be certain about what was said, it's time for the corporation to rethink and retrain. Or perhaps you don't really care as long as you are legally covered.

Love the people in the store, who delivered and set it up and of course the bed!
