If I could give no stars I would. I’m always dealing with a new person that doesn’t know anything and can’t seem to figure out how to access my account when I go in. Why do I pay for a protection plan with free screen changes if I can’t get them? The customer service is horrible. I wish I went with a different provider.

The best customer services everyone and Krisana is good with his customer. Store manager is good at his management with his worker snd customers . I highly recommend to this locations.

Great service! 5 star experience with changing from a different carrier to T-Mobile. This will be my go to store! Knowledgeable staff and a great environment. They made sure everything was ready to go and ready to use. Thank you Teng and Matt for making sure we left the store with all that we needed!

I just spent 1hr 45 minutes at tmobile. It was a challenging fix but Andr'e and the tech support lady got it done. Andr'e was very patient not once did he get frustrated or upset. Thank you !!!

Stopped in to upgrade my mother's phone. Everything was smooth, quick, easy and there were no unexpected financial surprises.Worked with a young lady named Amina and she was a joy to work with, an absolute joy. Pleasant and professional, cheerful and answered all of my mom's questions.

If I can give it a zero I would. I don’t get why I was banned to write another review after 1 year from coming into that very store. The store manager is still a ridiculous person whose not willing to help customers at all. He feels that all he can do is greet customers is his only job. He always rely on reps to do all the work. This practice is very suspicious. I wonder how the reps are being treated with this store manager being around. Corporate has to get this thing figured out and get him to understand that he shouldnt keep continuing doing the same thing or fired or put in a lower position. I know I’m not the only one probably has felt this way and it’s even worst when it’s customers are being banned to tell the truth. The reps were more helpful then the store manager. I had to use a different account to make this review. Don’t come here

I went there today at 10:23am. Got a welcome and they said their will be a waiting time. I agreed . Therefore the issue was not waiting but the customer service and treatment. 2 people came after me .They also had to enlist in their waiting list. Now explain to me why they got helped before me . I waited until 11:28am and the other people who came before me got helped an di didn't. Very rude and unprofessional I even made comment to them and they ignored me .Two people were helping on customer. While one of them was with another . One f the two employees who was helping the same customer was just playing around and joking while they had 2 customers waiting . Rude worst place in my opinion . This makes me just leave T-mobil

Post is not about the staff. I wasn't the most pleasant customer and the guy dealt with me just fine. I've been with T-Mobile for many of years now. Every time I come back I find that I get charged for something new. What the heck is a upgrade support charge? From what was explained, its a fee for buying from the store. $35 if anybody is wondering. Charging adaptors and head phones are no longer included, just a heads up. Might not matter much to some but this was my experienced.

Horrible costumer service we waited for about to 2 hours and a 1/2 then when it was us up next the store was about to close and we there to pick up our 2 phones they already have it there they said we couldn't have them wasted so much time for nothing thanks

Walked in and teng was awesome got me in and out with what I needed under an hour and his responses felt genuine with my questions about helping me find the right phone.

A Customer Loyalty Expert sold me my iPhone and said contact pictures and notes won’t transfer from android to iPhone. I later called the store and this information was confirmed by another employee, so I spent four days emailing important medical documentation and copious notes to myself. Long hours were spent creating extensive files in my computer to avoid losing critically important information.My iPhone arrived and I went to T-Mobile and Teng told me that he could use "Move to IOS" apple software to transfer all my contact pictures and notes. I was thrilled but I wish I had talked to him and known this five days ago as it would have saved me a great deal of stress and time. Teng did an outstanding job of meticulously attending to every detail. His professionalism has left an indelible impression of T-Mobile.
