People who work here are super nice and considerate! Today, a lady came out and put my windshield wipers down for me, thinking I was gonna drive off with them up (I was cleaning the interior actually.) Dudes who I see here time to time are nice too! Please make sure you give them thumbs up when you go through the wash! They definitely deserve a raise!

Every time I come here the results are amazing. From the wash to the vacuums to the staff, it’s easily my favorite car wash. Also, the manager, Ben is friendly and cordial and will do what he needs to satisfy his customers. I’m one for life! Come here!!

Racist employee, asked him a question and he saw I was Hispanic and said sorry I don’t speak Spanish or whatever language you’re talking. won’t come back ever again

Great service and integrity! Today my daughter and I went in to get our minivan washed and something was off with the wash so our minivan just got wet and did not get scrubbed well or dried off.
We went to vacuum our vehicle and one of the service persons came out and asked us to go through a second time. I was very satisfied!
In the Maplewood Mall area, this is by far my favorite car wash! It gets the most grime and dirt off and dries off my vehicle very well every time!

The Cambridge Tital Wave has more options for self serving on finishing the vehicle. We have compression hose to dry door jams, which is very important in the winter in Minnesota. Plus we have two options for the vaccuum. Otherwise the Maplewood location was ok. I am spoiled with Cambridge. The folks working at either location are very nice.

First the car wash itself and all the amenities to complete a good, clean successful car wash and interior cleaning is great! It's the customer service the is the issue and it's starts at the top! My family has been members from the beginning days of Tidal Wave with a total of 4 vehicles back and forth through the car wash, I had two different encounters of disrespect, the first was when I pulled up on the tracks and rolled my wind down some to ask the attendant if there was something to help remove the bugs off front and he thought he spoke low enough for me not to hear him as im looking into his mouth say "JUST ROLL THE YOUR WINDOW UP BIT..! and slung water from the brush onto my windshield and started the track for my car to move forward! I was totally in shock that he had spoken to me like this and upset as I had to wait until I went through until I could address it! I immediately went and asked for management with another attendant who gave the title of supervisor who apologize and gave the excuse he was having a bad day! I asked for customer service called to express how upset and disappointed I was in the level of disrespect and excuse for the disrespect thar was followed up with a call back with apology again from a supervisor at the location! So we as a family decided to try to just move forward! Now with again new hires recently a Supervisor is the title he gave recently I requested a change in membership had some complications in doing so at entrance he was frustrated and asked me to pull forward so the arm could read my sticker but still couldn't seem to figure out how to process the plan changes so I said don't worry we will try another day! As im drying my car he approached me saying he thinks he could help me now he figured it out it's because I pulled up and set off the sensor and I smiled like oh you remember you asked me to pull forward and from that statement the conversation immediately went left "He replied OH SINCE YOU WANT TO GIVE ME ATTITUDE I CAN JUST CANCEL YOUR WHOLE DAMN MEMBERSHIP " and started walking away, I stood there in shock because I thought to myself is he serious and the customer next to me looked also like is he serious? The customer came to me like that was crazy, I said oh my goodness this is so crazy because i made a true statement he did ask me to pull up!,!How was that giving him attitude? So I thought because I'm a African American women speaking is that why he would throw power around threatening to cancel my membership, but not truly knowing that He would not be hurting me it's the company he'd be hurting and giving bad reputation! Then he told me to leave ! This is some of the craziest stuff ever! See sometimes people look for confrontation and when you don't give it and you just report it they have to lie to try to cover up there poor actions but what I know is this will happen again to someone else because this was a power trip, when people think they have power that's the first thing they try to use, but this can never work against me because I always have choices as well! But if I'd trust someone to run my business and treat people kind this would not be acceptable! But I've also come across nice employees there as well!

As good as it gets for a drive thru! The $30 wash didn’t get the splattered Wisconsin bugs off of my windshield, but it got my car pretty shiny. I appreciate the free vacuums. One of them was super strong, the one on the other side was a little weaker. So if you get to a vacuum that isn’t cutting it just move to another spot. I love the spray and cloths available to clean the inside of your car and get the little details. I feel like $30 is a little steep though.

4.5 starsI got the cheapest car wash at $12, or $13 with tax. I recently came back from a 20-hour road trip and my car had a ton of bugs on it. I would say I got rid of 95% of the splatter but there was a little bit left over on my car. But for the money that you pay you also get access to free vacuums and they also give you towels and cleaning spray as well. I just use the spray and the towels to clean up the rest of the bug guts. Overall, I feel like it was a pretty good value considering the vacuuming and other cleaning supplies!

The entrance is easy to miss if you never been here. Drive right past it.People don't normally get car washes a lot in a month, but they do offer a membership for $30 dollars and get unlimited washes. But you NEED to cancel 7 days before the renewal or it auto charges you.The wash itself is nice and gentle. Put your car in neutral and your good to go. Entertaining and pretty colors.
