It’s a good facility with friendly and knowledgeable people! We dropped off a truck, used their storage facilities, and then rented another truck to finish the move. I thought the prices for the truck and storage were fair and the facility was well kept.

Mice problems. They moved my belongings because of mice then broke my belongings and won’t cover them. Horrible experience. In three days my items were ruined. All month been throwing stuff away.. never again.

Everything cost too much over here. Went to buy propane tank and it cost double the price for a full tanks, empty tank alone cost as much as a full tank at Home Depot. They should rework on their service's and pricing....

We arrived for our mobile 24/7 pick-up at 7 pm, the mobile app was not working so we had to call and sit on hold for some time. only to be told they did not have our truck available. we reserved weeks before.we were standing in the parking lot of the Uhaul on the phone for quite some time. then they told us there was an available truck for us at a different location. so we drove over there. then we arrived and the mobile app still did not work after they told us it would. we sit on the phone standing in a dark parking lot in a not-so-great neighborhood/warehouse area. they keep us on hold for a while then hang up on us. this happens 3 times. before we are just about to give up, (5 Hours later) but i needed the truck for a job i had at 5am the next morning. so after midnight we finally get someone to actually help us get the truck.we asked for some sort of discount since we drove all over, wasted 5 hours driving and waiting in parking lots. we were treated rudely as if it was our fault. even though it was your system that went down that night and you showed little to no concern for the fact that we had been standing outside for 5 hours in the dark parking lot waiting for your team to get it together. no apologies or sympathy from Uhaul. just attitude. it made us feel like we didn't matter even though we paid to have this vehicle that day and didn't actually receive the vehicle until after midnight.the back of the truck was dirty and had garbage still in it. the doors were all unlocked. I have pictures of all of this including the lot we had to stand around in for 5 hours.I will absolutely never use Uhaul again after me and my wife went through all this and treated like garbage.I will also be disputing charges as you failed to come through with your end of the contract. which in turn forced me to be up until 3 am packing for my event and only sleep for an hour because i spent the entire night in the Uhaul lot waiting for Uhaul.I am running a business as well and will not depend on such a rachet company again. we will go back with Ryder if this is how you guys treat people. thanks for a horrible experience and an absolute appalling disregard for your customers well being and safety.

Not open or answering phones when Google maps and U Haul said it was open.No posted info on office to help. Couldn’t drop off trailer.

If you don't want to wait in those very long lines at the other larger locations, I strongly recommend this location. Quick and fast. A hidden treasure for U-haul!!

I received my rental very late as the place was locked and no one inside during business hours. The website instructed me to pick up my keys from inside the building even though I updated my reservation to be 24/7. When the door was unlocked and I was finally let inside the person did not even greet me and purposely did not make any contact which I found very rude. Overally getting my rental late because no one was there caused some delays in my sister's wedding. Not renting from this place again.
