U-Haul Moving & Storage of Maplewood provides truck rentals, trailers, and moving equipment for local or long-distance moves. The location is described as fast, easy, convenient, friendly, and affordable by customers, with a stellar owner and employees who are extremely helpful, accommodating, and efficient. Many report smooth moves and excellent customer service. However, some experienced a long wait to return equipment on a Saturday and found the company's return process involving a video and pictures unclear without prior notice. While the location itself is great to work with and reliable, the corporate website receives criticism for excessive upselling during the reservation process.
Tire pressure in all 6 wheels off 80 psi, all high, all different. No cruise control. This sucked on a 1,800 mile trip. Engine was loud, exhaust leak? Newer truck, very comfortable seats. Just loud.

Great service from the crew at uhaul. Especially Jeremy who helped me find a less expensive hitch option and helped me trouble shoot a couple blown fuses in my car. Great, friendly service. Thank you!
