If there was an ability to do a negative star review I would. I waited over 20 minutes to get up to the front desk only to learn that the Internet went out and I asked for the package back multiple times just to go to a different place and the guy continue to make me wait when he finally gave it to me the Internet was still not up. I ended up going to FedEx and was able to get it done right away and even pay less than this UPS beyond upset won’t ever be going back to this location. Also at 8 AM on a Monday you should have more than one person working crappy service.

Needed a document notarized asap, so I made an appointment to come on my lunch break. Received an email at 9am saying that the notary would only be in from 4pm-7pm and I would need to reschedule. I was a little confused about why they’d let me book the appointment to begin with, but no big deal. I rebooked the appointment for 4:30pm and went after work. When I was arrived I was told the notary wasn’t there. I asked if they knew when/if the notary was coming; they said no. It’s kinda rude to allow people to make appointments for services you can’t follow through on. Annoyed that they wasted my time.

I have been to this location a handful of times. I have always been served by friendly staff. I believe the owner/manager was there 6/6/25 when I came in around 1pm-2pm. I just needed to send a fax and they got it done, despite how busy it was. I will never forget the kindness and service I received here and will choose to come here over other shops for all future services. Thank you!

I go out of my way to use this particular UPS store. They have a younger crew guys and girls, and they are all polite and helpful. Having an Amazon return machine is really nice as well! Really awesome to see actual customer service in this day and age!

I go here to drop off Amazon returns. It's incredibly easy to use the automated shipping kiosk. And when I have to go to a person, they're also very efficient.

Every time I go to this UPS store, the service is immediate and friendly and awesome!
I use this UPS store all the time, for my shipping, mailing, and printing needs. They are reliable and consistently a pleasure!

A great ups store for both returns and shipping. They provide legible receipts for ups and Amazon returns. Very friendly and efficient. They will help
With extra tape. I pass other ups stores on my way here cause they are the best.
