I had a long review about this location and their inability to follow through with medications. I'm taking it down to update this review.
This location is the worst. I've always used walgreens - for 34 years. This location is unbelievably slow, consistently mess up my insurance, loses my medications, have trouble finding me in their system, closes their window when we pull up for pick up (more than one time this has happened), when new prescriptions get sent over and need authorization they ignore it, I have to schedule a pick up now, and now I receive a text message that this location is closed.
I also have a mystery drug allergy noted on my file that isn't accurate. Not sure who put it there.
I called another location and they told me it isn't true. But yet this location isn't answering the phone.
I have submitted a request to transfer out of Walgreens.

Don't ever go here. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too! One of the pharmacy workers was rude, disrespectful and mouthy in person and over the phone, none of them cared to listen to what i had to say. My medicine is important and it seems like everytime I go there, there's a problem and half the time it's NOT my insurance it's the pharmacy workers that don't know how to do their job the right way and treat customers the right way. They're definitely losing my business. AGAIN DONT GO HERE! My sister and I also saw a u-haul get stolen right out of their parking lot.

The pharmacist was the rudest person I've ever met. Had to send my prescription to another business as she was unwilling to help. I've never had a problem at any other pharmacy. Worst service I've ever received! Will take my business elsewhere.

I've been waiting 2 WEEKS for a common medicine that I've been getting every month for a decade. They claim it's backordered - for TWO WEEKS for a COMMON MEDICINE that hasn't been backordered for the last DECADE. I inquire and am met with IDIOTIC responses. CVS, here i come. Unacceptable

Very poor customer service. Wasted over $36 on passport photos that we couldn’t use and she says there’s nothing she can do about it. Wrong sizes and she wouldn’t open them for us to edit by ourselves at the store.

Had to return an item. It's within their policy of 30 days, have the receipt for a full refund, and at any nationwide store. Used it once and was not happy with the product.
First, say they say they could only do store credit because it's out of the 30 days, which I correct them it's not. They then say it's because it's a different store and out of state. Yes, but the policy says any nationwide store, so it should not matter.
They processed it as a no-receipt return so they could put me on "warning," when, in fact, I had the receipt. I also hardly shop walgreens and don't have previous returns, which they got my id to look up.
I understand they reserved the right to limit or refuse a refund, but they should not lie about the return policy, which is on the back of their receipt.
They were dealing with a theft when I got there, so they probably didn't want to spend time helping me. I just took the credit because that's what they claimed can only do.

They don't keep it updated and their price is a lie. And there are no price tags on any of the products. Go in there and watch all the tags rotten away because they do not care about the store. new update today's date is September 1st at 11:58 a.m. They have refused my Medicaid they refused to give me my anti-rejection meds for my organ transplants

Terrible customer service without fail every time at the pharmacy drive thru. I've been picking up prescriptions for many years at many different places and this is by far the most absurdly annoying and slow location ever. I sincerely implore you to avoid this place at all costs unless you are a glutton for punishment.

The pharmacist was being a Karen and made a fuss about my paper prescription and refused to give out medication. But the pharmacy operation manager was wanting to help, which I appreciated. Still the pharmacist lady didn’t budge. Ended up going to a different pharmacy and I got taken care of with no issues. The pharmacist from here gave me a tough time for nothing. Taking my business elsewhere.

I can’t explain how angry i am right now. This one worker came up to me and my friends (we are teens)and yelled at us because we were supposedly playing around when we were actually getting stuff. I literally only got water because she forced us out plus she cussed us out because we told her we were getting stuff, I felt like this was a race thing because all of us were BLACK and LATINO and the lady was white. Btw if you want to know what she looks like she had messed up eyebrow’s,brown light hair and she’s short. ALSO she literally clocked out before she came at us.
