This is the worst company ever. 3rd Wells Fargo branch I’ve stopped at today! I was a customer till today. Why is every Wells Fargo a Nazi place for rules that don’t make sense now.
All I wanted as a current customer was to break a bill. They wanted my check card, bank account number or government issue ID. Stopped over at Huntington like a normal bank. NO ID NEEDED. Stopped over at 3 more banks just to see if it’s me. No other bank requires an ID to break a bill. Weird or maybe just Wells Fargo’s horrible banking system, horrible pay to everyone but CEO’s and even more horribly weird rules. See yah Wells Fargo!

Went to deposit a check. Had me waiting for good 15 minutes to tell me that the signature is looking different. I was told to get another check. Come to find out, they’d called my family member to confirmed the check and okayed to give the money to me. But the teller didn’t share this information and now I have to go back to do the same job twice. Do better !

Very sad. I was sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for a banker. There were 3 bankers there talking and laughing and no one seems to care. I got frustrated and left. I don't recommend anyone to go to this branch. Very poor customer services indeed.

After taking an appointment with them at 10:00am and waiting for 30 minutes, a banker walked to me and told me “the thing it’s they’re busy” excuse me! If you can’t commit to your appointments then you shouldn’t even have them as an option. What a pathetic way to do business. You just got us bank my business only by visiting your branch. Probably US Bank should pay your employees for increasing their business.

Just sat in the lobby area for half an hour (with two other customers waiting also) and no acknowledgement from any bank employee. Need better signage if I was supposed to line up for a teller or sign in somewhere. I just wanted to ask some questions about the transfer of power from one Board Treasurer to a newly elected Board Treasurer.

I’ve called three days in a row to make an appointment with a notary if they have one. No one ever answered the phone. Ever!!!! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Went to the ATM at this location attempted to withdraw funds ATM processed transaction without distributing funds then gave an error message. When I tried to go to another machine it stated that the other machine had indeed processed the transaction and I could not make another transaction! I want this corrected or you have stolen my money! you can view your surveillance tapes whatever you need to do but I will not pay for a transaction I did not receive! Terrible place!!!!

Sorry excuse for customer service. I went to get cash to travel to a country that will not take ripped, written on or really worn bills. I explained to the teller and she snapped at me that she couldn’t possibly have time to sort through the bills to accommodate that. I was the only customer in the bank at the time. Ummm the person I’m traveling with has done this at her bank multiple times with no issues. The tellers attitude was really poor. I was polite and don’t feel I deserved the response I received.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager Jess has no customer service experience. She just stands there and looks at you like you grew another head then doesn’t take any accountability for miscounting money. The lady with the glasses and the guy definitely also have attitude and don’t know how to count and short me my money then get defensive about recounting the money. There’s a reason a lot people I know don’t bank at Wells Fargo and that’s because they like to put labels on customers and belittle them. I didn’t think it was that hard to count money the correct way.

I have great experience in this Wells Fargo ! Very great customer service, Jessica M Drummond was helping me to reopen new account, she was truly helpful and made sure I was equipped with all the information I needed. Jessica is very patient to work with, and she offered to help me how to do a mobile deposit.

I would comment about the blonde manager but I see a lot of people have already commented on her horrible customer service… I will add that her behavior was very prejudice… And the encounter I had with the effeminate Caucasian male was very prejudice as well. They refused to allow me to withdraw money out of my account because I deposited a check that I did not sign on the back(even though the system already cleared the check and the money was already made available in my account) …my experience at this location was more than horrible and there’s honestly not enough words to express how they made me feel. I went into the bank as a hard working African American business owner… only to be treated like I was some criminal/scammer that had no business being in the bank… thank god I was a thousand steps ahead of them & ten times smarter otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to withdraw my money. I literally had to transfer money between my accounts in order to get my money out otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to.These two employees need to be investigated for being prejudice. They are power-hungry individuals and They are clearly working for Wells Fargo for the wrong reasons.

This is really sad …. Waiting there almost 2 hours… only one casher men today n other Asian n Indian lady were staying window side even there is no any customers at drive through…. n one lady took break almost 20 min…. There is a long line …. They don’t care ….. keep changing the tellers ….. I think the manager needs to be improve or change at this location…. Please everyone is coming here for some reason n spending lots time …. But no one cares here …. It’s not the first time …. Happens every time I go there ….
