Every single month they added charges that I never approved or they had no explanation for. Hours spent with customer service every month trying to fix it and the next bill would be even higher. Worst nightmare!

The person working did something to my phone when he tried to get the hotspot to work correctly. Since then I can't run any of my apps and the phone refuses to connect to my internet. Stay away from this att&t store and stay away from at&t in general. I have an nlimited plan and they are constantly making excuses for why they are trying to stop my unlimited plan. The voice-mail stops working every few days. They never fix the problem.

I could Give 0 star if I canStaff needs to be trained better before giving promises or it's just fake oral promises.#1st: buy new phone and 2nd line[ promised to work 2nd line] and it's not. It's OK buy onather new phone and they change number.#2nd: instructed about 30days trading phone. [ have 2 old phone to trade not even 30 days and they did only one ].#3rd: promised return and exchange policy 30days ,not even 30days and it's said didn't allow us to do even I'm agree to paying full amount of $1800.Let's waitDidn't have my first bill yet..if anything wrong In will keep posted.

Do not switch to att.... They will charge you almost double then what's said at the time of signing and you'll be on the phone for an hour to finally get results... But it turns out they didn't change anything and you're still over paying.
