“All I can say is but God! This year financially has been everything but how we planned it. We have working towards paying debts off and planned on getting my wife a new car before our baby made his arrival. To be honest I have been stressing a little bit over the fact that none of our vehicles are equipped to fit myself, my wife , our daughter, and the wife’s dad once our baby arrives. Especially with pops having the mini strokes and then a regular stroke a couple weeks ago it only increased that stress because over the next year there is an increased risk of pops having another stroke which could complicate traveling with having to take two vehicles everywhere if he is unable to drive. Obviously we pray that it won’t come to that but unfortunately the older I get the more I seem to think about the whole hope for the best plan for the worst.
We have been shopping and researching minivans for the last several months and have gotten down to the Kia Carnival, Honda Oddessy, or Toyota Sienna. We hadn’t driven a Sienna or Oddessy yet. We found a 22 Sienna at Kruse Motors in Marshall and when the sales manager contacted me yesterday asking us to come and test drive it I plainly told him all the facts and that I seriously doubted that we would going any further than the test drive. He said he understood and still wanted us to come establish a connection, test drive it and then proceed whenever we were ready.
When we arrived today The sales manager paired us up with Bob. Bob was excellent. He was not high pressure. He asked us our needs, our preferences, and busted his tail to find something that worked for us. We knew almost immediately that the Sienna was not in our budget ao we checked out a Pacifica, and pretty mich settled on a Homda Pilot When it appeared that we could actually work something out the wife and I both had peace with moving forward. After a few minutes they came back and said the financing company refused to work with the Pilot, I’m assuming because it was 13-14 years old. They did see that they had a 2018 Traverse that had about 100k miles on it and said they would work with that as an alternate. We test drove it and although I wanted to hate the Chevy and tried to find anything and everything wrong with it, I couldn’t. I literally hated the fact that I liked it.
When we began to proceed we were about $50/mo higher than our comfortable payment without any warranty. After a while the finance guy came out and told me that he was talking to a credit union about us and that they were pretty certain they could get us a lower interest rate and save us a little bit on the monthly payment if I I was ok with him doing the full check. We agreed and then ran to get some quick bite to eat. When we returned about 15 minutes later Bob came outside to greet us. He informed us that we had the approval and that the monthly payment was $100 less than the original and it included the powertrain warranty and gap protection.

**Flap-tastic Service!**
So picture this: I’m cruisin’ down HWY 23, and suddenly my truck starts doing its best impression of a wind chime in a hurricane—flap flap flap! Turns out the flap on my truck was flapping *way* more than it should’ve been. Meaning the cover plate under my truck got loose..
I called the shop and Bridget, Justin and Charlie were more than happy to decode the mysterious flap, expecting to sit around for hours, but nope—they got me in and out faster than you can say “flapjack!” The crew was so friendly and down-to-earth, it felt like hanging out with old friends.

“I would rate this place higher than five stars if the system would let me. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me file my first insurance claim correctly. I was able to get my appointment set up for first thing the next morning. I arrived early and they were able to take my car back right away and had my windshield chip fixed in about a half hour. There was no extra fuss and they made my first windshield repair a breeze!”
“We were in Marshall for our son’s basketball tournament, home is an hour and a half away. Our front right caliber locked up and we were calling around to every mechanic in town, and Marshall Alignment just happened to swing by his shop and answered the phone. They were closed and it’s a Sunday. He told my husband they are closed and unfortunately couldn't help. However he called back and said he has been there and asked us to bring our car in and he would take a look at it. He fixed our car, was so incredibly nice to my family, and he has great jokes! You don’t run into people like this shop very often and it was a great reminder there are still good people in the world. I hands down recommend”

He could have just replaced the whole cable and billed me a ton of money, but instead he ordered the small grommet instead of the whole cable, changed my oil, replaced the battery in my key fob and had my car ready the next day. We took out the front end of our commuter car on a deer, and he reached out to us in Volga SD from Marshall MN letting us know he had the exact car new to inventory and should have everything we need. It was seamless. From not knowing names of parts and sending pictures, to Bryce getting us a list, reasonable prices, picking up and loading them in my truck for me, he took care of everything.
