“I’ve banked here for 17 years. My mom had me open a checking and savings account when I was a teen before I got my first job. I opened my first credit card at 21 through here as well. They gave me a chance even though I didn’t have a co-signer and told me because I’ve never had an overdraft fee, they could approve me for a $350 credit limit. I still have that credit card after over 10 years at a $2k limit. I hardly use it, but keep it because it was my first. I’ve had great interactions with every person I’ve dealt with here. I communicate via their website/app and phone mainly since I live on the road. After my husband & I got married, he came over to my bank and closed his accounts at Wells Fargo. I’ll be keeping this bank until I buy a house and settle down in a different state. 10/10, great experience. Smaller, local banks are the way to go!”
