The tech was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He swapped out the hub with care and precision, and he was able to put the wheel back together without having to order any extra parts. Communication was clear, the turnaround time was reasonable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. I'm confident it is done right and better than when it was assembled new. I struggled to find a shop to work on my e-bike, but these folks know their stuff. Highly recommend them for anyone needing expert service!”
