Well I was looking for a hairstylist, I had amanda lee do my hair, and I left not liking it. To my surprise at the end she behaved like a car salesman. When i went to pay, she didnt look up from her phone once and was so dismissive of me not liking my hair, wants me to return to her a week and a haof later for a few highlights on top. I have no intention of returning and i really didnt want to write a review... until i flat ironed it and the layers looked exactly as they did when i went in and i cut them myslef.. i aksed for a long layer and my hair wasnt pulled straight up one time.. she claimed many years of experience, but from telling me she loved doing color transformations (i was supposed to be mostly blonde at the end) only to have subtle light highlights, but dominantly brown still, to the point no one even noticed i went and had my hair done. Then at the end, instead of owning the miscommunication or whatever happen, she flipped the script and said she went for subtle.. even tho during the consultation, she knew i wanted mostly blonde and even communicated multiple times how I will be blonde ect ect.. extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. It looks like I went to a beauty school and had my hair done, to say this is from a professional, is embarrassing for not only the professional but the industry as well. What a shame

I go to Lisa and my haircut is perfect every time. She takes the time to look over your hair and make suggestions on the care. I get many compliments on my hair cut. She is the best.

I went in for a 20 min haircut and they offered to color my hair in couple hours. They messed up my hair colors and refused a refund or to correct it the next day. In the middle of hair color my hair dresser gave me to someone else left me saying she was done for the day! I was there for 5 hours! I never went back there again!!
