I used to come here often when I was a college student and always found so many good steals. Now I don't get there as much living over an hour away, but always stop when I'm in Marshall. I still find the best finds!!! I see some reviews say some employees are rude, but the times I've been there I haven't had that experience.

The store in Marshall deserves less than a star I haven't been this humiliated for no reason buy a store employee ever!!! She accused me of stealing because I went into the bathroom to use the facilities and also I have a monitor that I was wearing because I've had severe medical issues and I removed that and put it in its case which was also already in my bag and she verbally attacked me as soon as I came out of the bathroom LOUDLY in front of everyone. She said well your bag wasn't that full when you went in there no she was right because instead of the monitor being on my body under my clothes where it was it was in the case which was now also in my bag but instead of letting me explain that she kept on accusing me of stealing to the point where I started to unload my bag to show her everything in there was mine but I should not have to do that I understand everyone has a bad day but this was the most humiliating frustrating experience and I will never ever go back to the Marshall store again if any Goodwill store she said well I hope it's all yours because we have cameras well maybe she should have looked at the cameras and she would have seen I'm not stealing anything I don't do that this has been the most asinine experience and I spend a lot of money with Goodwill or I have in the past never again I bought what I needed for my girls for school etc and for my daughter's birthday tomorrow and put everything else back and yes I did try on a lot of clothing because my oldest daughter has very special event coming up and since Goodwill does it offer return on clothing I needed to make sure I found something appropriate that would fit I didn't know there was a time limit or a limit on the total amount of clothing you could try on I figured business is business but I guess the customer is not always right again I know I have bad days too but I would never ever humiliate anyone like this especially a customer in public I really hope this is remedied because I cried on and off for 2 hours after that because of her cruelty.

I had to go there because they do finger printing. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. I walked in and went to the front desk. I told the lady I thought I had an appointment at 9:30 to get finger printed. She was really snotty right off the bat and said you think you do or you know you do, theres a difference. We then went to the booth area where this takes place. I was standing outside the booth waiting for her to get ready for me. She looked at me and said there is a sign right here that says no use of cell phones since I was responding to a text. I was not inside the booth and she was standing in front of the sign. She then ordered me to come and put my thumbs print down. I had never done this before and she kept yelling at me and saying i needed them flatter and to roll them this way. I was never given any instructions. I finally had to say something. I told her I have never done this before and she has to chill out. She just kept saying do it again but never showed me anything. I don't know how they can have someone working at the front like that and still have business. I will never step foot in that place again and will be sharing my story with everyone.
