As far as my haircut goes, I am satisfied, what I am not satisfied with is that the three employees,had no idea what the WIFI password was, so I wasn't able to login and use my coupon,one would think that a company who suggests online check in, would have WIFI available and the staff would and should know the password.

Insane scheduling system, waste of time go to a different city if you need a haircut!

Stylists are lazy, and rude. tried to go to at 2:52pm and two of the stylists were doing absolutely nothing but they said that they couldn’t cut my husbands hair that normally takes about 10 minutes. Every other great clips we’ve been to takes customers up until 3pm. I have friends who work there in Brookings and they’re happy for every cut they get in and are SO kind. We drive long distance to make it there and had issues with our vehicle so we were running behind - I tried calling and no answer multiple times to let them know we were almost there and I’d understand if they were busy with other customers but they weren’t and the lady was rude on top of it. Not impressed.

Went online to check in because we were driving from canby to Marshall. Online check in @ 1030 am with an 1 1/2 hr wait said was unable to check in online and in order to check in we had to be there in person. We arrive at the location 30 minutes later to find it was completely empty And the lady working said she was the only one there and that the only way to check in was online and that now it was a two hour wait. All we needed was a hair trim and a curl for a wedding. If online is the only way to check in then it should never be unavailable during the store hours ever.

Never been heard great things about this place so I thought to take my twins for their first hair cut. Lovely lady served me great service to get checked in and put on a waiting list, said it be about an hour or so more than fine! I’m from out of town so I had plans to be in Marshall for some time. About 2 hours later still no call or text nothing from the place about my spot in line or being close to being seen like they said I would receive about 15 mins before my turn is up. I ended up heading home almost 2 hour and half later, day goes by and still absolutely nothing from there no call no text and it’s closed now so that’s understandable. Absolutely satisfied!! :(

I've been waiting in the salon since 11:00am 04-29-2024 they kept putting me n my friend off for others that came in several hours after we were here first poor service not alot of employees here they went on break knowing they had alot of customers waiting n waiting this is ridiculous

waited 2hrs to get a haircut, I got there 15min early, I was up next #1 spot the hairdresser skipped me gave my spot to #2 very unprofessional!! she just said it would be quickly 5min at most
