“I’ve been going to Barberry for almost 5 years. Joy’s knowledge of nutrition, fitness and overall wellness is so helpful. This isn’t a job for her, it’s a passion and it shows in everything she does. The workouts are fun and challenging. Boxing, especially is so much fun! I have more energy and feel better than I did when I was 20. 5 stars! I would (and DO!) recommend Joy to anyone who wants to improve their health.”
