About Harbor Freight
Harbor Freight is highly recommended for its exceptional customer service and helpful staff. Customers have reported positive experiences, including assistance in finding hard-to-locate items and friendly interactions with employees. One reviewer noted how a staff member went above and beyond to help gather needed items and load them into a vehicle, especially for someone with a physical limitation. Another customer appreciated receiving a discount on a slightly opened item and found staff willing to help with wrapping and securing it for transport. Overall, Harbor Freight is praised for having a great selection of tools and equipment, with staff ready to assist in every way possible. If customers can't find what they need, it is suggested that it may not be necessary.

My new toy store, excellent staff, clean building always. I don't know why young auto techs would buy off a Snap On truck anymore. It's crazy cheaper, same warranty .
