“My husband and I stopped in the store to look for a couch. We had pretty much made up our minds because we found exactly what we wanted somewhere else but wanted to check there. Jake met us as we were walking in. When we told him we had looked at another Furniture Mart he explained they were affiliated and went right to work locating the item and had it written up. We have shopped with him several times before and every time he is so professional with a fun sense of humor. We should also mention the coworker that day (we feel terrible we can’t remember her name) also jumped right in to help. You can tell they work together as a team for the customer. He even ran a great deal on the barstools by the counter when we were paying and got them as well!! Highly recommend these 2 salespeople and highly satisfied. All 10s for sure!”
