I found a dress that they assured was alterable, but when I took it to (multiple) people to look at it, they all said it couldn't be altered at all. Huge waste of money and time

Out of town- don't worry they will NOT be accommodating, prices?- frivolous for sure!, go in to be fitted- don't worry it won't fit when you pick it up!, expect kindness and compassion- this is NOT the place for you!! Rude, belittling and don't worry the hours posted are lies too. Never had to pay for a headache before now!!! So if you're looking for a hard time, paying too much, not having it fit, and not being able to pick up when posted hours say the store is open-- this is your spot--

The people here are so friendly. The COVID really made it difficult to get the correct colors and sizes though. Ike is going crazy because he has OCD, ADD, and he drinks too many monsters energy drinks. I feel bad for him but he needs to calm down and understand the most important thing is he gets to marry the love of his life Amanda tomorrow.

The customer service here is unacceptable. I flew here all the way from NC with my bridesmaid dress and they refused to steam it for me unless I paid $20. This was after they told my mother-in-law they would be happy to steam all the dresses if need be. This was after they screwed up ALL the sizes of the bridesmaid dresses and refused to acknowledge their mistake and fix it, resulting in additional costs of alterations. This was after the entire bridal party bought dresses and tuxes there. One would think they would try a little harder to retain happy customers after all the business they received. You are better off driving to Sioux Falls to get your bridal party attire. Weddings are already stressful as it is—don’t add to it by working with Infinity.

Infinity by Sisters Bridal in Marshall was the only bridal shop I shopped at to pick out my wedding dress. When I first stopped in to make an appointment, I felt so welcomed and cared for. I knew right away that I would find my dream dress at this store. I had the best experience trying on dresses and getting the opinions of all of the amazing girls who work there. My dream dress happened to be the second dress I tried on and everyone was so helpful in assisting me with this

Infinity by Sisters bridal was a dream to work with for our wedding day! Their communication was exceptional, and they were with us every step of the way. They answered every question promptly, and were very patient throughout the entire process. I can't say enough kind words about Maggie and the rest of the staff! They, along with this cute little shop, are exceptional!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our bridesmaid dresses through Infinity by Sisters Bridal. They were able to find dresses that perfectly matched the vision we had and made sure they were all pressed and ready to go for our big day!

I went here and i felt very comfortable and they let me stay as long as i needed. You looked for everything there from gowns to tuxes to bridemaids. They know their stuff and are very friendly.
