Love my truck that I got at Kruse but unfortunately the battery in the truck was bad and died exactly at two weeks from purchase. Truly unfortunate, may not of been foreseen just bad timing but not wanting to put in that kind of money right off the bat.

Recently purchased a vehicle and was told I’d receive my first oil change free. Since I live an hour of town I called to confirm they were open and that I did not need to make an appointment as walk ins are accepted. Upon arrival I was informed I needed an appointment and they wouldn’t be able to get me in for 3 hours. My time clearly did not matter to them and communication is lacking as a phone call within the departments would have saved me multiple hours

Everyone there was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We got the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. What more can you ask for? It took over 2 1/2 hours to do all the paperwork and that may be normal nowadays. It had been a few years since we bought a vehicle from a dealership. We are so thankful to Kruse Motors for helping us find what we needed when we needed it. Stacey Bloemke was an exceptional saleswoman with years of experience. Carter Iverson was so welcoming and helpful and Nick Chaco was very helpful and professional. Great car buying experience.

Worst dealership I have ever encountered... Have been there numerous times in October 2025. We live out of state visiting relatives. Rented a vehicle to come here from Bismarck ND. I decided to look for a vehicle here in Marshall Minn. To purchase from Kruse Motors Dealership. Dealt with Stacy on a few vehicles, but none of them I didn't like or afford until recently. I found one there, that I liked and got an estimate on a lease for 36 months 0 down. This was on October 28th 2025 Ford Explorer ST brand new. I told Stacy I would have to go and to confirm with my fiance, that I would get back to her the next morning. So the next morning I showed up to proceed with the purchase of this 2025 Ford Explorer ST. Walked in the door and on the car it said sold. It was sitting in the showroom floor when I had first seen it. A lady was with Stacy writing it up. Stacy had seen me walk in and a manager behind the desk, said they could do a dealer trade, to get me a similar one. I said okay, that I am going back to my relatives home. They said, they will call me when they find one. So a couple of hours later Stacy says they found one. So I went back to the dealership. Then Stacy stated, I am not sure if we can get this car, but we have a few on the lot you can look at. I said I already looked at all of them here. Stacy said, I have one pulled up here by the door. She asked if I was serious on purchasing. I said I would not be back here if I wasn't. Stacy said, I don't think the other dealership will not do a dealer trade to get it. Just come outside with me and look at this one, which was more money. I had to call my fiance to see if she likes this one. So we proceeded with the purchase of the Explorer that they had on their lot. Wanted to lease for 0 down for 36 months. Turned out to be about $60.00 more a month than the previous Explorer. So I agreed to move forward with the purchase. I had asked if they would throw in mudguards, upgraded floor mats, bug shield, which was $700.00 more. So they took that off the price of the car. Stacy asked if I wanted the ceramic coating and interior protection. I said okay, which I really didn't want to. Went back to finance after being there for over two hours already. Waited forever to get back to finance. Carter the finance advisor proceeded to have me sign all of the documents. And wanted me to get this extra protection for damage ,which I did one step up. I had signed numerous documents. The last page was questionable. It stated $4161.93 Total Amount Due On Delivery. I asked Carter what is this for. He said just go ahead and sign it. I told him that, I am not signing this until you can explain what it is about. He said well if you don't want to sign it today you can sign it in a couple of days when your car has all of the accessories on it. I said no, I am not signing this without an explanation from you. I had already filled out of these forms, stating my payment was 0 down $660.00 a month for 36 months on a lease. I told him I am not giving you guys another $4161.00 more at pick up. Carter said if you sign it that it doesn't mean anything.. I told him i am not signing this piece of paper. That I am done with you. I don't want the car anymore. I wanted all of these papers that I had signed. He told me no. Luckily I took a picture of this last document, that I refused to sign. I told him that I wanted this paper to show a friend of mine named John, that had bought vehicles here before. He wouldn't give it to me. I stormed out of the office and it was late after their closing hours. I had already signed a document stating to pay $661.00 at time off pick up. Why do I need to sign another document for another $4161.00 is a scam to pay more money. Tried to rip me off. On top of that, no mention of the $3500.00 rebate on the documents no plus or minus on the form. Stacy, the manager and about 4 other employees were standing out by the managers desk. First time buying from a dealership. Experience was good and they were willing to work with me. A little time consuming but as is expected from a dealership. I must recommend though if you buy a car Christian Sanow is the guy to talk to without a doubt.

We came in with a list of vehicles that we wanted to see and look at we were greeted immediately and got the luxury of working with Shane. Shane was quick to Get everything that we wanted wrote down and went and got the vehicles that we were interested in. He dealt with all of our wants and took that into consideration Even Mike helped find a vehicle that suited us the best for our family and financially. Very highly recommend working with both Shane and Mike!!! We will be returning customers!
