I'm glad they were able to help me get into a newer truck. They worked with me on the down-payment. Very nice and awesome experience. Much better than other experiences i had with than dealerships in town. They also was treated me like a person, not a sale.

Very good service. Trent was very nice, easy to talk to. Bought a 2006 Ford Explorer. In very good shape for the price I paid. They let me take it to a mechanic I trust to look it over. I would highly recommend these guys.

When our old vehicle suddenly died, Marshall Auto Exchange was absolutely wonderful. Josh took his time with me (when I couldn’t decide what I wanted) talked us through all the options, and showed us all prices. Financing was a breeze. This was by far the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend working with Josh and Marshall Auto Exchange!

I recently had an experience with Marshall Auto as a first time customer. From the moment I had arrived and met with Trent he was extremely welcoming and attentive. He listened carefully to my needs and guided me to the perfect vehicle. The entire buying process was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees or pressure. He had took the time to explain every detail and ensure I was comfortable with my choice, and stayed late to help finalize the payment process. The customer service was amazing, and I felt truly valued throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Marshall Auto Exchange for anyone looking for a hassle-free, professional, and enjoyable car buying experience! They have a great selection of vehicles. The dealership went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that was in my budget but also something that was comfortable/what I was looking for. The staff there was very friendly and welcoming. They even stayed a little late to help me out even tho they didn’t have to. I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends and family for all their vehicle needs. I should also mention they are very affordable

I almost bought a truck here. Transmission was obviously going it smelled so bad and stalled out on the highway. Buyer beware. Tried to put $1500 down on a 6k truck that they said had a 10k warranty. If you feel like wasting time then this is the place.

We always buy used cars with higher miles, and this was the best experience I've had buying a car. Trent was easy to work with on coming to a fair price and made things as quick and efficient as he could for all of us.
