Heidi was very pleasant and accommodating with me, in Renting a storage unit at Marshall Mini Storage on Saratoga Street. She was very respectful, friendly and always available to communicate with - which was a great surprise and so refreshing to have that!
Prices were respectable and moving units (lg to small) was easy and she again was understanding and pleasant to work with. Should the need arise again, I look forward to renting through her again! Highly recommend renting and working with Heidi!

Great storage business, friendly and fast service over the phone. Climate controlled unit protected all of my sensitive items and 24 hour access to the grounds made my move much easier. Definitely recommend!

I've rented 2 units in the past couple of years and found them great to work with and easy to open and close accounts. I didn't have issues with rodents as others have posted.

Major rodent issues. We only used the unit for a month and had significant damage to furniture and other items in the unit. We noticed this may be an issue when we opened the unit so we made sure to cover everything and set our own traps. Still major issues so be cautious.
