“I recently visited the store for an oil change & to grab a few groceries. The store associates were mostly helpful. On my way out, I caved on buying a grill I’ve been eyeing for a few months. Beings I was shopping alone, I called the front desk for an assistant. I waited 15 minutes before calling again. After waiting another 15 minutes, I walked over to where the online order packaging area is, & asked for help. Two young men helped get my grill off the shelf, walked to the checkout with me, & helped load the grill into the back of my vehicle. They even helped move my groceries around to better fit the grill! Only knocked one star off for the long wait & having to find help myself. If I could rate the online ordering area or the two young men, they’d get over 5 stars!!!”

“Always friendly and willing to help. I moved to Marshall 6 years ago and have gone to Hy-Vee Pharmacy since. There's not a single pharmacist or pharmacy tech that I have had an issue with and I have had to deal with insurance lapses at no fault of my own, medication changes, prior authorizations, going out of town and needing a refill a couple days early, etc. They've always accommodated & to the negative medication refill reviews, I say, they have a brand new automated service, then there is the versatile app, & the drive thru is newly re-done which can be very helpful when you are short on time or simply don't want to put pants on ?”
