The maintenance person, Jeff, is a creeper. Goes into apartments when people are not there. He talks about the residence to others (like the plumbers and electricians) like they are trash. Talking about how "they are all on well fare and they should all get jobs". always talking down to the people that live there. Heidi (the on site manager (when she is there that is)), doesn't even care how he talks to people or treat them. She just lets him talk to them however he pleases.

This place is not the place to go with a family.. if u have no other option, just be careful. A lot of drug use. Property manager is shady. Walls are paper thin. No where for kids to play. Not even speed limit signs. My first week there we found used syringes out front. Cops there frequently. This place is the most shady of all low income properties imo. To be fair I make this review after parting ways owing a balance.

It's been a while since Ive lived here roughly about 2017. My mom and I moved in summer of 2014 and that was just the start of the roach problem. At first we would find them here and there, but when it got closer to us planning to move out is when it got worse. Everywhere we turned there would either be roaches in the carpet or coming out of the cupboards. I was scared to sleep in my own room for a year because we had them so bad and they would crawl all over me as I slept. My neighborhood had it way worse than us, she would open the cupboards and dozens would come falling out and she didn't live there for no more than a month before she lived out because she was disgusted. The old landlord Doug did a better job at maintaining the place than Heidi does now. I would still take ages to get the apartment sprayed and it would do little to nothing and they would be back a day later. We never had a problem with bed bugs or mold but my mom's coworker who used to live there had it terrible .Would not recommend living here

Roaches, spiders, bedbugs, mold, property foundation and structure problems, nonstop lack hot water, electric, heat issues. Consistent complaints from 15+renters with the common response “if you don’t like it leave” filed complaints on these health code violations and Heidi’s (landlord) response is always “if you do not like it leave it is not our responsibility to keep this place running.” To each tenant filing. Heidi has also been caught disposing of paperwork complaints of tenants and in lies to the grounds maintenance Dan, in which he was shocked to find we’ve been filing complaints and her speaking she never received from any of us. She has also been up charging new tenants with homes filled with infestations. Tenants whom were not told of the infestations running rampant in each of these apartment complexes of 10+ homes.Every single one is infested to the point the building requires a full cleansing and possibly a “not fit to live in”. Yes it’s that bad. Plenty of homes are immaculate and without food and waste to feed these pests. The exterminator has been called in my four years living here four times. The roaches were climbing around before moving in and I was told my apartment was clean and they would take care of the infestations.Four years later and you cannot eat, drink, cook, wash dishes, or store anything without hundreds of roaches falling out of cupboards/holes in walls, the heat registers, the sink and toilet each day. Some apartments are much worse off than my own sadly and I consider mine an acute case.Tenants are now calling the health code office of the Minnesota attorney general Keith Ellison to have the place exterminated and cleaned out or Heidi removed, paying for massive personal damages (many have lost thousands of dollars and she has the gall to pocket hundreds from each tenant paying full without up keeping the grounds she made a oath to keep as a landlord to her tenants. As this is a HUD property their are many young children from infant to teenage as well as many older individuals of 50-60+ living here in these foul and heinous conditions. These are crimes of multiple degrees and the tenants are finally gaining a Voice against abuse of power. The tenants have informed Heidi and both HUD and the Health Code Department for inspections in an emergency crisis of purely unlivable conditions. This is a perfect example of embezzling vulnerable children AND adults of disabilities, race, and multiple civil rights violations while sucking their limited incomes of her gain, threatening the tenants with fear and eviction, enforcing rent or eviction of nonpayment. Thankfully HUD inspects the premise earlier than she was informed and so does the Minnesota Dept of Health violations. Change will be coming and it will be for the tenants who’ve been abused by their caretaker and her lack of fulfilling her lawful duties and requirements as not only a landlord but a HUD Federal Housing Agency Landlord. Four years I’ve watched this place and finally the people rise and speak out. One star for the bare minimum of events being described (there is plenty more) and hopefully after the inspections and much required change of management after the filings to the state and complete overhaul of the apartments lack of health for the entire tenant community we will re-evaluate.

If I could rate it a zero star, I would. I live here and Heidi is a TERRIBLE land lord, there are roaches that I see every other day, I told the landlord and she tells me that there is nothing she can do. They come in and spray sometimes and it does NOTHING. This place is terrible

No One Ever answers the Door or the phone. I’ve been here for three weeks and I call or go by every day of the week and I still haven’t meet anyone for these apartments.

this apt complex sucks walls and floors are paper thin heater and water heater dont work they say they dont want to fix any of the issues in any apt and the landlord says if u cant stand the heater and the water not working and u cant stand the bed bugs and cockroaches and people banging on the walls late at night and the yelling from people than u should just leave because she says its not the landlords job to fix these issues, more reasons not to reside here, there are families of 6-8 people living in the one bedroom one bathroom apts they make a ton of noise throughout the night and day when u bring up a complaint the landlord says its ok for big families to live in the one bedroom apts and not have everyone on the lease no matter if the family members are 18 or over and if they want to play loud music and kick the walls and have more people over late at night than just deal with it or move out that is what Heidi the landlord says
