Allowing people who are not even on account. Or account managers to do whatever to others accounts without asking for a PIN when one is needed, and when it’s is dictated in the account to ALWAYS ask for a PIN. goto the other Verizon store to have your privacy taken care of!And two weeks ago my mom had to go pick up a. Paper she waited 12 minutes after entering and not one person said “hi welcome to Verizon I will be right with you” and she waited and they were so rude!Also very rude worker on phone. Didn’t use manners say have a nice day just sat on phone and goes “oh didn’t know you were still on” like what!! Yea this place is a huge NO for me!

It was too long of a wait. I have gone there and have had a waiting and being helped, with almost 3 hours before I could get things done on my cell and the service couldn't get completed. I ended up using a different carrier for the app. I wanted to use. Very fusterating.

The ability to get any tech support or consistent service is nonexistent at this location. I have went to this location a handful of times, receiving different directions on how to remedy my phone from different personnel and have also been told that they were unable to help me. Moving forward, I will happily take the drive to Willmar instead of the three block trip to this location.
