Unfortunately just like everytime we come to this location we get no help or the person at (the time of visit) who we do end up asking says I'll go check go down a few aisles comes back says there is none... you didn't even look... and when we've called ahead cause it's almost an hour drive for us so we only like to go when we absolutely have to they say yes items are instock and we get here and there is none to be found this has now happened more than a handful of times and when we ask management the only answer we get is were busy we don't have time to look or the online count isn't accurate okay... how hard is it for someone to save me the $20 bucks in gas round trip and walk down an aisle to see if it's there or not?!?! Isn't that your job when asked to find a product to actually look for said product?!?! What happened to customer service I swear it has gone down the toilet in a very bad way we used to love coming to this store years ago but now we dread coming here for the fear of items not being avaliable and being told don't hold your breath... so if your looking for specific things and you live further away like we do don't hold your breath so far in our experience there is most definitely a 100% chance they don't have it and there not going to look for you so don't waste your gas the (online app and count is not what's in store) if it says they have 20 on hand like it did for our kids T-ball stuff they have (0 on hand) "That was our last visit" to which we ended up having to drive an additional 45 minutes out of our way to redwood falls and after buying there stuff and the 2 hours and 35 minute drive time we spent about $40 in gas so 1 walmart 0 us we ended up wasting our time and money.

I recently visited the store for an oil change & to grab a few groceries. The store associates were mostly helpful. On my way out, I caved on buying a grill I’ve been eyeing for a few months. Beings I was shopping alone, I called the front desk for an assistant. I waited 15 minutes before calling again. After waiting another 15 minutes, I walked over to where the online order packaging area is, & asked for help. Two young men helped get my grill off the shelf, walked to the checkout with me, & helped load the grill into the back of my vehicle. They even helped move my groceries around to better fit the grill! Only knocked one star off for the long wait & having to find help myself. If I could rate the online ordering area or the two young men, they’d get over 5 stars!!!

Pay attention to your prices! The self check out worker was worthless and basically said too bad so sad. The adult diver masks came up at the register for 14.98 and was marked 9.98. The customer service management representative would only offer me one at this price and not the 4 I intended to buy.

I found the service here rude and unreliable today. I arrived for the first of two scheduled appointments today and was walked away from without so much as an acknowlegement or a greeting multiple times. The first employee I encountered was from the automotive departmentment. I made eye contact with him as I entered and attempted to say, "Hi, I'm here for my appointment," but was unable to get the full sentence out as he began to turn and walk away from me without a word or gesture to acknowledge my presence, greet, or assist me. At this point I assumed he simply did not hear me prior to walking away rather than assume he DID hear me and chose to deliberately disregard my greeting and refuse me service.
I proceeded to wait to be acknowledged or greeted by any of the 3 other employees in that area and was not. After several minutes I spotted another employee from a nearby department and asked if he would be able to assist me but he was not able to assist me. Several minutes later, the automotive employee I had initially encountered came to the desk where I was waiting and after walking past me again with no greeting or acknowledgement offered to assist the customer behind me in line who spoke up on my behalf and mentioned to him that I had arrived first. His facial expression, hand gesture as well as his words let it be known he did not care to serve us in order of our arrival and he proceeded to assist 2 customers behind me in the line. While he was doing so a second automotive employee came in and began to help still another customer even further in the back of the line again without so much as an acknowledgement or greeting. At this point I felt significantly LESS confident the failure to assist or even acknowledge my presence was unintentional. A simple "hello" or nod of the head with eye contact or statement like "I will be with you in a moment" could really help ease the aggitation of having to wait 15 or more minutes for an appointment scheduled well in advance. Though I haven't had many previous experiences here all previous experiences here provided friendly, reliable, timely service with no workmanship issues. Had today been my only experience I would prefer to give zero stars.

Walmart used to be the most inexpensive place to shop, but that has sadly changed. Prices of so many things are higher than suggested retail. It's also frustrating how long it takes to get help. The pharmacy is great. The phone people in the electronics department are very unhelpful and push the brand they themselves sell. I use Straight Talk and have been for years, and the guy tried to make it sound like they were a bad company, just because they were his competition. I don't think it's right to have 1 phone company there acting like they work there, when they're pushing their own brand and their own agenda. It's like having a McDonald's employee at a burger stand that sells many different restaurant's burgers. Obviously, they'd get you to buy their brand... The reason I'm so upset is I saw the same guy tell THREE different customers that his brand was better than the others, and he messed with an elderly lady's phone and then blame Staright Talk, saying that Straight Talk always has problems, etc. I've had Straight Talk for over a decade. It works great!
