Changing my rating again to stand with the people not of corporate greed- back to one star. I've learned Verizon corporate greed is laying off thousands of their employees right before the holidays in hopes that AI will fix their customer service problems. The top 1% in this country make more money than the lower 52%. That's a problem. You're not making things better, Verizon. This location has gotten a lot better though and I would definitely choose this location over the Main Street one but I wish I could choose some other company all together.

Changing my 1 star back to 4. Thankful for the male and female who helped me a couple of weeks ago as they showed patience and attention to detail with my phone issue. It would be 5 but the phones are so incredibly expensive. I know this isn't an issue those directly related to this location can do anything about alas, it's an issue.

Used to love this store. Honestly lately it’s been a hassle. Being charged for a IPhone 14 Pro Max, I had. When I wasn’t available a family member I share the account with brought it to their attention that it was “damaged” and she wasn’t sure how to get a claim set. Their female employee, directed my family member on how file a claim for me, ended up filing the claim and a iPhone 12 Pro Max was sent. At the time, it was not “noticed” the first few days and when I finally went to get help I was direct to the phones insurance we pay extra every month. Nobody was able to “do anything” .. nobody could figure out how it got messed up. So I dealt with the phone. My phone got damaged yesterday by one of my children “accidentally” and I went to pay for another phone, through my insurance, and ask about my iPhone 14 Pro Max I’m still paying for, yes I’m paying a price for a phone I don’t have for a downgraded phone. I was treated fine when I found out my emergency SOS came off, but once that happened I mentioned how my family member and his employee had a mess up, and he caught a “attitude” and didn’t like I blamed his employee and it wasn’t her fault I got the wrong phone.. I felt like a better response than that was needed due to the fact the insurance claim says what phone you will get. I get I damaged my iPhone 12, and have to now get a 12 due to the mess ups I did not do, but one I don’t work there so it wasn’t my control. I now have to pay for a 14 I don’t have because neither one will fix the issue. Used to be better service, now it’s been quiet the experience with the workers there in the last year.

We had a huge problem with our phones from a previous provider! The gal that helped us was AMAZING!! No problems and we were in and out so fast! I can’t remember her name but she was great! Thank you!!

I went to this store to get a new phone activated. The store was empty. I was the only customer there. The male worker seemed irritated immediately as I approached his desk. He told me that since the phone hadn't been purchased from that location, they wouldn't activate it for me. (I had tried to activate it myself prior to going to the store and then neither the old or new phones worked.) He told me to call Verizon. I asked how to do that since neither my new phone or old phone worked. He reluctantly made a phone call to the 800 number for me, clearly irritated the entire time. I don't have an issue with them not being able to help activate the phone, but I do have an issue with the way I was treated. I will never go to this store again.

My phone suddenly came to a screeching halt on the mobile network. I tried all kinds of troubleshooting myself to no avail and finally gave up and went to this Verizon store intending to just diagnose a potential network adapter or connection issue.Ryan graciously investigated it without making me feel like a burden and determined that my network connection had been capped after my wife exceeded the data limit on our plan (I was a little surprised by this because we had exceeded our data plan in the past and Verizon just added data to our plan in 1GB $15 increments with no noticable bandwidth throttling).He also proposed a plan change that moved us from a 10GB monthly limit to an Unlimited Plan that would SAVE us $15/month! AND he was able to backdate the effectivity of the plan upgrade to the beginning of the current cycle thereby waiving our liability for the overage charges.He also discovered in the historical activity on our account that my wife had recently been denied a promotional offer at another store on her new phone when hers suddenly died. She lost out on a $350 discount for her new phone and it was purchased shortly before our current cycle, so it is likely too late to get the promotion applied for her phone, but we are going to give it a try anyway as it was due to the negligence of the other store's staff.I also happily obliged Ryan by sharing my positive experience with him to Scott, the store owner.
