You answered your phone (which is rare) and did not try to take a percentage of the donations. You were incredibly kind and helpful to my daughter even though she did not have an account with you. “I will be forever grateful to Citizens Alliance Bank!!! I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years. When the pandemic hit I thought that loyalty would be of great value. I could never have imagined how wrong I was. When Wells Fargo horrifically failed my business and so many thousands of other small businesses, Citizens Alliance Bank was right there to be our saving grace. The bankers were personable, knowledgeable and communicative. They literally worked tirelessly to make sure our PPP application was accepted by the SBA. When I say tirelessly, I mean we were able to actively communicate with a banker at 12:30 am when we first found out we were approved. The application was approved and funded within 3 days!!! My business, my family and I cannot thank Citizens enough and I could not recommend a bank more!!!”
