“I had to have a car towed to Meyer's when I was a couple hours away form home, and I broke down. They got the car in right away, and called me the very next day with an update. The engine was blown, but they pointed out that it might be under a manufacturer warranty extension for known issues with the motor. I checked and they were correct. I'll need to get it towed to a dealer, but that information was super helpful, and no charge for looking at it. They easily could have said nothing, and/ or charged me for diagnostic. “Best auto repair shop experience ever! Abe was amazing and efficient. We had a great time chatting with him and was also in good company with his adorable cat.
We had to use a loaner car for a cabin trip and the car we got had a nail in a tire we did not know about. The tire was completely flat this morning and we had to use a spare to find a tire shop. It's a Sunday, so all the shops were either too busy or closed. Abe was open though and he responded quickly to our request for a flat repair. He patched up our tire in under an hour at a reasonal price and we're now back on the road! Thank you Abe!”
