My fur baby was very sick and had no openings that day. They called me back about 1 hrs later letting me know there was a cancellation. She is a very awesome Veterinarian and works with U! I would recommend her to other pet owners

This message is for the owner Patti Zebro. Whatever caring and compassion you once had for pets and their people has clearly been lost. I had an appointment with you on April 8th. When I arrived I was treated so rudely by you and your assistant. We walked in for our first appointment and you just sat there with a scowl on your face. No hello how are you? All you had to say is who's this! Like you had no knowledge of our appointment that I had made over a month prior. Your assistant grabbed my dog's leash and just yanked him up onto the scale! I couldn't believe it! We used your services a few years back for our 13-year-old yellow lab. He was at the end of his road and you helped us. You came out to our cabin on Minnewawa. You were so great kind and caring! We raved about you to other people! I have been coming up here for years and now moved here. I thought well I have to go to Patti Zebro with our new dog! That clearly was a mistake. You know how poorly you treated my dog and I hence I walked out the door. Did you think I was just an outsider or someone brand new to the area? I clearly was someone you had no interest in getting to know let alone take care of my pet! You kept telling me how lucky I was that you even got me in! Was I lucky to be treated the way I was treated? I did get my dog in somewhere else. They were so kind caring and helpful! I told them all about you! They were in disbelief! It makes us really sad to see someone we thought so highly of behave the way you did. I think you need to reevaluate the line of business you're in. You clearly don't have what you once did...

Our old dog became very ill, so I brought him in without an appointment or any prior visits to this clinic. Seeing his condition, Dr Zebro fit us into the schedule, was able to complete blood tests and x-rays and diagnose our dog and perform euthanasia the same afternoon to prevent any further suffering. Not what was planned for that day or what I had hoped for, but what was needed. She did it with great empathy and compassion.

They handled the situation of putting my dog down, and vaccinating the surviving dog with compassion, style , and grace.I'm sure this is a difficult part of their gig .But I'm grateful it was them .Thank you
