It costs $4 to drop off a 13 gal bag, $7 for a 30 gal bag. Recycling can be dropped off for free.

Note that hours are incorrectly listed. Closes consistently around 1pm. Seems spendy except for cardboard recycling which is free. WILL NOT TAKE ANY ELECTRONICS. Minnesota Nice means not very friendly service.
