McGregor Pharmacy has staff who are great, friendly, welcoming, and customer‑oriented. Most customers report good experiences and that prescriptions are filled as expected. However, one pharmacist has horrible customer service skills and has disrespected some customers. Overall, the pharmacy offers reliable service and a welcoming environment, especially valuable in a world that feels angry and hateful, and supportive and caring.
Very personable staff. Never a long wait for same day pickups. Nice gift shop too!

Staff are great except for Jason the pharmacist. Absolutely horrible customer service skills! We have been so disrespected by this man it’s not even funny.
