I have never seen a post office that goes above and beyond helping their customers. I’m from out of town and I witnessed Tammy help 4 customers, which she took her time with them to make sure their packages were taken care of properly. I had a time sensitive package that had to be taken care of and Tammy took very good care of what was needed to get that pkg to its destination. . Thank you Tammy for your help!!

Always delaying packages, they have even completely refused to deliver some amazon packages so my grandparents had to come here and pick them up.

I see a lot of reviewers having issues with parcel deliveries and I understand their frustrations. Living in a backwater like McGregor comes with its drawbacks, including the difficulty of contracting out mail delivery. Yet we have found the delivery of mail to be pretty good, and the personnel at the post office are really friendly and helpful. Don't condemn them because of a couple of bad experiences.

Employees at this location are lazy beyond belief! I moved up here recently from Brooklyn Center. Down there the mail carriers actually brought your packages to your door. The population in that area is so much larger than it is up here in McGregor. What these employees here do is take your packages and tie them to your mailbox or to your pole on the mailbox so they slide down and lay on the wet ground. And also it puts them on display for anyone that just wanted to drive by and snatch them! One time they left me a notice in the mailbox that they had a package that they didn't deliver because they couldn't go any farther than 50 ft down my driveway. So they couldn't drive 50 ft down my driveway and walk the additional 10 ft to my door! So I had to go to the post office to pick up my package because of this! Then they have the nerve to leave a threatening notice in my mailbox that they won't deliver my mail because my pull on my mailbox door snapped off! If I don't replace the pull. Because God forbid they have to pull on the actual door! Lazy lazy lazy!

The delivery persons are terrible. They throw packages into the woods near my driveway when I showed them where to put packages. They have no respect for the customer. Their job doesn't give them the right to destroy another person's property. They cost me nearly $100 just today. If the job is that difficult for them, perhaps they should consider another job. I am absolutely livid at this continued disrespect and blatant disregard. I am NOT going to continue to tolerate this childish and ridiculous behavior.

Friendliest folks to deal with. Always helpful. The delivery drivers have a tough job in this rural area with twisting roads and "odd" addresses. They always seem to do a good job for me!

Delays packages and mail arrives super late. I've been waiting for a package for two days and they claim that they tried to deliver my package at 2:35pm but I was home all day and the mail didn't show up until 4:18pm and I'm being told its ready for pick up im sorry some people have jobs and they don't have time to deal with bs and go pick up their mail especially since the post office has hours that usually don't work out for people who work all day, also for me personally I can't drive so its not like I could get up early in the morning to stop in and grab my package.
