Famous Footwear Outlet offers a variety of shoes, including many tennis shoe options, but customers have noted a limited selection of larger sizes and specific styles like winter boots. The store manager is praised for helpful service, especially in assisting with special orders for hard-to-find sizes. However, some reviews mention that the store's inventory can be lacking, particularly for women's winter boots, and there have been concerns about the availability of employees to assist customers. Pricing at Famous Footwear Outlet is similar to other stores, and while some shoppers have found good deals, others have been disappointed by the selection on certain visits. Overall, the store provides a decent shopping experience, but improvements in inventory and staff availability could enhance customer satisfaction.
They moved within the outlet but the address listed still brings you to the old location. Small so the selection was a bit limited and the employees didn't seem to know how to add discounts correctly, so we missed out on some. But the store inside looks brand new.
