“Loved my experience as this location. Kaci was one of the best sales employees I've interacted with in a very long time. She did not try pushing me into something. She went out of her way to try to find exactly what I was looking for. She even told me to go check out the store next door to make sure there wasn't something I liked better knowing the commission wouldn't go to her at that point. She really went above and beyond what she needed to all to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. Very hard to find in this world anymore. 10/10 recommend Kaci and the team at Medford Ashley Furniture. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!”

“Great experience! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provided enough attention while giving enough space to shop around. Holly at the Medford location was the absolute best throughout the entire process!!! They also have a great team of delivery drivers who were on-time and professional, and the Customer Care team is easy to deal with if/when needed!”

“Excellent service Jay immediately greeted my family at the door, showed us many options of different couch and sectional pieces. Even stayed late to finish our purchase after we had to leave and measure and come back. Helped with different color/ fabric combinations. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.”

“Mark is an absolute treasure trove of mattress knowledge. His wealth of experience made deciding on a mattress so much easier and less stressful for me and my wife. We were also able to get a great deal on a bundled package. If you are dreading the idea of mattress shopping this store is the antidote.”

“Jeff and Paydon were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable for questions. I had an issue with the GE refrigerator that I bought, it was replaced it without hesitation with a comparable LG refrigerator that is working great. I would recommend Owatonna Karls for anyone looking for new appliances.”
