I’m not one to leave reviews on places but this interaction I had with two employees today just blew my mind out. I went grocery shopping today and part of it was my fault. I had gift cards and I went to go check out my groceries and I was in the self checkout not realizing it said no cash and no gift cards. When I had pressed the help button the lady working the register said “what do you need” I asked her if I was able to use my gift cards at self checkout and she rudely said “no you cannot”. She then proceeded to help a customer which was okay by me as I’ve worked in customer service. I then stood at the checkout for 3 minutes while she was still doing things. I then saw another employee walk past. I said “excuse me miss” and she opened her mouth like she was going to say something and then walked away and didn’t ask if I needed help. Then I clicked the help button again and the lady working the resister said “what do you want me to do about this” I than said “could you cancel the transaction and I come into your lane” she proceeded to ignore me for another 2 minutes and then got up and canceled the transaction. Shoved the recite in my hand and then rudely (again) said to me “ you will need to get back in line”
I love shopping at Aldi but this interaction was horrible, I’m not sure I will ever come back to this location again due to lack of customer service and support. This upset me a lot.

It was a great place to visit for a quick grocery shopping event. In and out quickly and was able to obtain most of the groceries I needed for my trip up north.

Kim couldn’t be bothered to look up from her phone after I placed all my items on the belt and said hello. She also threw my English muffins into my cart so the twist tie flung off somewhere so I had to go get new ones. Everyone else was nice and friendly.

Heard about the great deals that Aldis had so I decided to stop by. Brought my quarter to get my cart. Started to do my shopping and found some great deals. The fruit I got lasted longer than other places. Will be coming once a week.

2025 update: from 1 to 4 stars. Love the self checkouts. We were leery of trying it again but convinced by die-hard Aldi fans we tried again and we're happy with the lower price points, acceptable expiration dates, and quick shopping experience.
2021 Review:
Every time we go we have the worst service imaginable. Last time the cashier just walked away from the person in front of us, mid-scan, and never came back. The service at this single store has caused us to swear off the entire chain forever. Save yourself, never shop here.

Today I went to Aldie's. As soon as I entered I heard arguing. They were even using the F word to each other. Come to see it was 2 employee. Who ever had to stick up to who, you go girl!!! I was at a job for 20 years and let my co workers bully me out of my job. Ruined my life! Always stick up for yourself and stand your ground!!
